I bought a piercing gun it was not effective the lady that sold it to me was ok .. I guess but her manager was completely wrong for no refund no store credit I hope they get the business the deserve

I ended up deciding to dye my black box hair blond.. the process didn’t come out so good due to some miscommunication with an employee. I went back to the store with my reseat and this lovely lady Jen had no problem taking the items back and help me fix my hair, she was super kind and patient. She made sure she was sending me home with the correct items I needed and directions on how to. My hair has changed for the good and turned out wonderful. Returning the items I only paid total an extra 5 dollars to fix my hair from originally pricing 35. I recommend to definitely speak and do research from the correct people. I would recommend more people to go to Jen and ask more questions about bleaching if you don’t have experience. :) probably the best costumer service I’ve ever been in, costumers too, very kind and willing to help another person out.

Normally I have pretty decent experiences at this location, but today I came in with a couple things I wanted to return and was told by a male associate that they didn’t do returns coming from other stores. When I asked him how long it’s been this way he said “Um, maybe a month.” Obviously this was pretty suspicious (like, I definitely would’ve heard about this online lol) so I called the Killeen location where they politely informed me I was lied to and they’d be happy to do my return at their store instead. Like, a return only takes a few seconds of your time… Yikes. :\

There is a woman there, don't know her name but I overheard another employee call her "kk" for short. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE WITH CUSTOMERS! She cussed in front of children and talks smack about customers while they're in the store. She needs a huge attitude adjustment while she just sits there on her phone.

Just called this location to ask if they had practice fingers in stock. I get asked to hold, no biggie, so I hold. She starts a transaction for someone in the store, then another. By this time I've been on hold for 3 mins with no "oh please wait one more minute. Sorry". Then she starts another transaction. I tell my boyfriend how ridiculous it is and then she gets on and says oh I have one more transaction then Ill probably be able to get to you. I waited 6 minutes and then hung up. This store is TINY. It's literally two isles with one end cap. I've worked in retail and this is just unprofessional. I needed to purchase well over $600 worth of items, but if this is how this location likes to treat potential customers then I'll take that and future payments somewhere else. Thanks!

They sold me a nail kit that was missing pieces and has been used prior. A used, returned item with missing pieces put back on the shelf to be purchased by someone else. This is nasty and a health concern. Will not buy there again.

They wouldn't let us in because it was three people we waited in the hot weather for a long period of time and they almost closed we finally picked up our stuff and left Sad part is that all we needed was dye and bleach

Went inside the store today and I haven’t had good customer service in a long time. Jasmine is very professional and knows her product. I came in last time and did not receive great service, but thanks to Jasmine I will be coming back. She deserves to be manager!
