Nothing but good things to say about Courtney! I came in for a partial balayage and originally didn’t book a haircut but she still was able to give me one. I’m so appreciative of her taking her time and fitting in the haircut. I love how my hair turned out!
I also want to point out her customer service. She was not only attentive/caring to me but also to everyone that walked in. She created a welcoming environment.

I have curly hair and was skeptical because I haven’t had much luck finding a place that can work with my hair texture, especially in regard to coloring, but Courtney did the most amazing job! And everyone was super nice and accommodating. Will be going back each time.

Absolutely amazing experience! I love my hair. Courtney proved excellent service. She knew exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly. She is extremely talented and my blonde hair turned out amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a finer outcome if I tried.

LOVEEE my girl Courtney!
I’m very picky about who I go to for my hair, due to past experiences. However, Courtney met all expectations! She is very sweet and patient. She made sure I was happy with how my hair looked before I left the salon, and she even went back and touched up some areas that I wanted to be a little darker. I highly recommend booking with her! I will definitely be coming back! ☺️

Do not book Kim! She first seemed like she knew what she was doing. She does not know what she’s doing! This lady colored my forehead, sideburns and the side of my ears. I thought it was part of the process and I wanted to trust the process. I had black blocky color stains on my forehead, my ears, sideburns. The worst part is she tried to blame her mess on me by saying I stain easily and that in a couple of days the stain will go away! She really was going to let me walk out of the salon looking like a clown. If you’re having a bad day and you make a mistake I would’ve understood if you took ownership of the mistake and tried to fix it. She didn’t, she tried to blame it on me! Thank god for another stylist who came to the rescue, she was rubbing on my forehead to get those stain blocks out. Kim is incompetent, unprofessional and has no sense of customer service. I didn’t mind paying 170 dollars and the 30 tip on top of that but she could’ve offered to make up for her mistake by offering a discount but she didn’t. Never again booking at this place.

Had an appointment with Jane today for cut and blow dry. It was an wonderful experience. Jane was personable and knew what I wanted and needed. I left feeling great about my hair. I felt she listened and heard me!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Kim should probably take a few classes on communication and customer service, along with going back to cosmetology school. Beyond ridiculous that the service requested, after the test strand came out good, was denied with a string of excuses given, which were contradictory to each other. My daughter came home so upset about her first salon experience.
Requested style: Was looking for dimension to be added, Kim kept focusing on highlights solely and did not even think to discuss lowlights or anything but a 'glaze'.
Stylist: Kim- deplorable customer service and lacked the basic knowledge to carryout what was being asked of her

Visited for the 1st time..saw Jane. She was very friendly and great at fixing my hair from previous issues. Already booked a 2nd appointment. Inside is clean and a comfy couch for waiting. Very relaxed environment and staff is A+

Ayden is the best! I met with her for a consultation and she made me feel at ease about the cut and color I wanted. We scheduled an appointment for the next week. I got a balayage, pink color and cut during my visit and it was a lovely experience. Everyone at the salon was friendly and I love love love how my hair turned out. Ayden truly understands hair and I feel like I got to experience ✨magic✨.?
