Items are often available online only. Guess what, if I don't see the stuff in stock in store, I don't buy it. Instead, I'll ask a family member who has a Costco membership to get it at Costco.

I had a horrible situation happen with the automotive department. I dropped my car off at 4:30 to get a tire checked being I purchased my tires there. The guy at the register I believe his name started with the letter B. He told me it would take 2 hours and he would call me. At 6:30 I went to the desk to see no one there or in the garage. I did notice one guy who looked like he was closing up. I did the QR reader and waited. A associate came over and seemed confused what was going on. He walked into the garage to see keys hanging on the board. He told me no one had looked at my car and the guy there knew nothing about it. My tire was looked at.
If I didn't go check the garage would of closed up! I was so mad at this situation! I gave my phone number to an associate.
As of 5:25 the next night I have not heard from anyone. I called the store and the phone just rings. This is unexceptable and very unprofessional. Shame on you Sam's Club!

Whoever the “pharmacist” is on staff right now at 6:45pm on July 10th YOU ARE THE WORST!! I Always call ahead to make sure my Rx’s are ready & today was no different. Rude, argumentative, refused to allow me to spea while having the audacity to speak over me and say “did you hear me talking” NO! You won’t let me talk, you don’t talk! Drove a long way to be HERE and I spoke to other pharmacist less that hour ago and they were expecting me as they always do. BUT TODAY IS DIFFERENT?!? You suck dude!! You realllllllly suck!! Did you hear ME talking???

This is for the Tire Center only!! I've been coming here since the store opened, and the crew they have now is the worst I've experienced here. Had an appointment well out in advance, I showed up on time just for them to tell me it will be a two hour wait for a tire rotation. I was floored because I took time off to get this done. Unfortunately, I had to leave without the service I pre-paid for. I hate to say it, but I will not be coming back to this tire center for the foreseeable future. You have been warned ⚠️

My 1st time shopping Sam's club, and my first time trying to order on line and do curb pickup....I somehow did not click some buttons correctly, but I got a confirmation after I selected a pick up time.
I got to a parking space and was not able to check in. I called the store number and a VERY delightful young lady named Noemi came to the car. She helped me navigate the app, and since the order was in a "hold" because I hadn't done something....she went into the store pulled the items I ordered and brought them to the car. She helped me reset the app correctly. I could not have done it with out her!!!
Thank you Noemi, you are awesome!!

This Harker Heights Sams Club, is HANDS DOWN, the best I’ve been in. I’m from Missouri, but I am really enjoying TEXAS with all of its southern Charm. What’s not to LUV?
I can do my grocery shopping and buy a drink for .89 that’s a NO BRAINER ?. Also, there is no where else you can you get a HOTDOG and a Drink for 1.38!!!! NO BRAINER ? Perfect DATE NIGHT after some KARAOKE and DARTS??. I’ve LEARNED A LOT! Sometimes the simplest things are the best, if you are REALLY tired of paying an OUTRAGEOUS PRICE for everything, then you REALIZE just like BELINDA CARLSLIE says in 1988’ “ohhh baby do you know what you’re worth we’ll make heaven a place on earth. We’ve got each other and that’s a lot… FOR LUV we’ll GIVE THIS A SHOT! We can be FRIENDS, but in all honesty my HEART belongs to COSTCO. Yes, the DRIVE is LONGER and The STRAWBERRY ? SUNDAE( worth all the effort) is TO DIE FOR. And the Pizza ? is Better than SAMS too. Like,

Membership shopping for better prices per unit shopping. Helps a bit with inflation, as long as you're careful to mind the math. But consider ALL of the math!! So you bought that really big paper towel package, and a bunch of other items in the large volumes that reduce their price per unit.. Did you also price in how much less gas you consumed by avoiding X number of trips to the store? Factor in time (also a type of money) as well. Saving money is an absolute must and bigger challenge than ever today. Bulk purchasing and keeping a good home inventory helps in that. Also, if you are running a small business, many products at Sam's Club are absolute essentials.
