I'm writing this on behalf of my dog, Akira! She expresses so much excitement whenever we go to Shangri Paw. Akira is honest. If she doesn't like it, she won't want to go. I trust her opinion.I'd give more stars if I could!!! Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I took time to write this so bear with me. Trying to capture my thoughts. I'm in the military. I have a family. I have a BUSY life. Finding a reliable and caring boarding facility for my dog can be a daunting task. However, Shangri-Paw not only meets but exceeds all expectations, making it the go-to haven for military pet parents like me.One of the standout features of Shangri-Paw is their thorough evaluation and orientation process. Dave and his exceptional team understand the importance of ensuring every dog can adapt well to daycare, and they take the time to personally meet and assess each one. This meticulous approach not only instills confidence but also ensures the safety and well-being of our beloved pets.Transparency is paramount, and Shangri-Paw exemplifies this by inviting new customers to tour the entire facility. From the spacious play areas to the cozy resting spots, every corner of Shangri-Paw is open for exploration. The presence of a large window and camera provides pet parents, like me, with peace of mind, knowing we can always check in on Akira and see how she's doing!What truly sets Shangri-Paw apart, however, is Dave's understanding of the unique challenges faced by military families. As a former commissioned officer in the US Army himself, Dave empathizes with the complexities of military movement cycles. His thoughtful and accommodating approach towards military pet parents is truly commendable and greatly appreciated.And for my husky, Akira, Shangri-Paw is nothing short of paradise. She loves the spacious play areas and the loving attention she receives from the staff. Knowing that she's in such capable hands allows me to focus on my duties with peace of mind.It's important to acknowledge that not every scenario is perfect, but what sets Shangri-Paw apart is their commitment to mitigating any problems that may arise. Whether it's through proactive communication or swift resolution, Shangri-Paw does its very best to ensure the happiness and safety of Akira. For those that had poor experiences at Shangri Paw, I'd like to express that a singular experience shouldn't define your thoughts going forward.Shangri-Paw is more than just a boarding facility; it's a sanctuary where care meets compassion. With their thorough evaluations, transparent practices, and unwavering support for military families, Shangri-Paw sets the gold standard in pet care. The people were so friendly. They got my pup in on short notice and treated her well. She came back smelling great and nails trimmed. I was pleased with the service.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Stopped by to see how the self wash worked. A very nice employee showed me how everything worked. Came back to wash my pup. It's sooo worth it! I will be back! (All the employees seemed to really love what they do )

We boarded our dogs there for spring break vacay. Pricing was good but employee I dealt with wasnt friendly. I wanted them to also bathe them while they were there, but it didn't get done. They were there Monday, Tuesday and majority of Wednesday until 4 pm. Originally I was going to pick them up very early Thursday morning 8 am, but since we got back at 4pm on Wednesday we decided to get them then, (since they're senior dogs, there was no reason in making them stay another night.) I called them at 1 pm to let them know id be there by 4.So at best they had a 3 hour notice to do the baths. The lady with the mask on acted like it was my fault the baths didn't get done since I picked them up early. But really, if they hadn't been done by 4 pm Wednesday, it wouldn't have been done by the time I was going to get them Thursday morning. The lady with the mask on in the front is rude and not friendly. The other girls were nice. Oh well, saved us money. Im not sure I'd board here again based on her attitude. It doesn't take much to act nice/use your customer service voice, maybe this isn't a good career for her.(I did identify myself when I called and even said my dogs names. It's a lame excuse for my dogs not being bathed. They had plenty of time to get it done. They were there 3 freaking days.)

Brought my puppy for his first groom with Gaby today. Not only was it wonderful, but she took extra care with his coat to make sure everything was perfect! Couldnt be happier!

My 2 furbabies are very hyper, no manners, but they love people. They were boarded there for 6days and I was very happy with their care. They were also groomed before pickup and looked wonderful. Also the price was reasonable. We would definitely use them again!

Way overdue review but it is well deserved. Management and staff went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute request a month ago. We look forward to continuing to support this establishment. Highly recommend ?

2 year customer until today. We needed to reschedule our grooming appointment, when we called we were told a deposit would be needed. We said OK until the deposit was $129.00. No longer a returning customer.You have the audacity to reply for justification of charging someone full price of a service NEVER rendered to hold next spot. Then you texted and argued over text with us. Then you compare movie or concert ticket pre pay. These are not even the same relm and yes you can get refunds of them. Then you say your employees are paid commissions only which I'm sure they don't get the full price, maybe $50.00 and that could have been acceptable reschedule fee. Next you stated in text that we treat you like a plaything because your a small company. No we treat you like any other provider. Most services similar like vets, doctors we can call in 2 hour and reschedule with no penalty.We wish you luck in your business.

The facility was filled with dog fur ? but that’s to be expected of an active dog grooming business.. and they were picking it up when I walked in ? I visited for a walk-in nail trimming, and the people at the desk and who did their nails were extremely polite, gentle with my two Shelties, and surprisingly quick!! The price was also extremely reasonable. Knowing we always struggle to trim their nails, it is a no-brainer that we will bring them back here again. My only regret was not getting the name of the woman who trimmed their nails because I would love to recognize her! ?❤️
