The massages they give are awesome. I have only had Britnee and Gavin. Both are great with pressure. They really do get me through the week with their massages. Especially my neck. I appreciate them so much. If you need a lot of pressure to relieve your pain, they got some great hands at Skin Deep.
The ladies up front are very nice as well. Customer service is top notch. Thanks for doing a great job and to the front desk ladies, thank you for being so kind.

Today I had a facial and dermaplaning from Skin Deep in Harker Heights. The esthetician that took care of me was Tina. This is the second time I have had an appt with her and she was wonderful. Tina is very friendly and very professional and does an awesome job. I will be making another appt with her in the near future. Thank you Tina for a job well done and for being so personable.

If you’re looking for an incredible Aesthetician, I highly recommend Laura! She recommended the hydrating dermaplane and cryotherapy, and it was amazing. My skin feels smooth, hydrated, and glowing. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and makes the whole experience so relaxing. Truly the best!
The spa itself is beautiful, the staff is so friendly, and the overall experience was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended!

This place does not care about their clients time. They told me my appt was at 10:30. I get there around 10:20 and waited in my car until around 10:25 and then went in. I fill out this paper which takes less than a minute to do and I'm waiting for about 10 minutes then i ask if they are on schedule and they tell me 10:30 was 15 minute early for paperwork and massage starts at 10:45. This was a little upsetting but i went and waited some more. I waited until 10:53, almost ten minutes past my massage appt time and 25 minutes after i was told to be there, still nobody came. At this point i was tired of waiting and i told them I'm leaving and would rather go somewhere that appreciates my time. I really hope you guys understand, yes, your time is important, but guess what.. your clients time is important as well. In fact the clients time is more important than the businesses time if one really thinks about it. How does the business make money... By customers paying for services right?. So if you have no customers what happens?. You go out of business right?. So since this place does not appreciate their customers time i chose to go somewhere else where i know my time will be more valued. Not to mention my first massage here i left in more pain than i went in and that's never happened after a massage before, and I've had hundreds of massages so far. I do not feel like they have it together at this place, my experience here was not been pleasant after a couple times giving it a try so i will not be back. Craziest part is to really help emphasize my dissatisfaction is my massage appts are free here through a medical referral and i would rather go somewhere else and pay someone else then deal with these guys for free.

Twelve (12) 30-min sessions. The facility is very inviting. The staff is friendly and personable. I NEEDED strong hands for DEEP TISSUE MASSAGING and I received that. I highly recommend.Thank you, Gavin!
