My experience at the Harker Heights Sleep Number store with Alisha Exceeded my expectation I can say with all honesty that she provided value before I even committed. I left church on Sunday couple months ago with my wife. I was not in the market at the time. I did not need to be convinced, but I appreciated having the information I needed to make a definite decision. I was given the opportunity to make a decision when tempted to do so with the information that was given and received, thanks to the sales professional, providing value instead of trying to sell me a product even if I didn’t need it the value given allow me to commit to my decision. I’m extremely grateful and happy. Thanks to Alisha I am looking 👀 forward to night nights. And pleasant dreams.

Alisha and Maleah were great! The whole selecting and purchasing process was a breeze because of them. This is our second Sleep Number bed. There was nothing wrong with our bed of 10 years, we just felt it was time to upgrade. Highly recommend this sales team and location.

I needed some sheets since my pup scratched a hole in my original sheets. Alisha was very helpful and showed me all the samples, along with prices and specials that were going on. She showed me a couple things I didn’t know I needed. She took her time to help me acquire extra points to get a bigger discount on the app. After all was said and done I left with 2 sets of sheets, a cooling blanket( that felt amazing) and pillow cover that will also help with my terrible hot flashes.
