Clean and organized.Friendly service.Pretty normal.I was at an older building that had been upgraded. The color yellow is less visible. Very neutral. No Subway pictures anywhere.The prices are much higher than they used to be. Not too happy with that. ?When looking up at the menu, it's changed a lot. They have a fancy menu with sandwich names to match the ingredients in them. I got "The Hot Italiano". Which comes with salami and jalapenos as well as other meats and veggies with a new dressing that replaced the regular Italian dressing. I think they should have kept their original Italian dressing because the replacement wasn't very good.The bread was dry and crumbly.The sandwich just seemed small which is quite the opposite of how it's portrayed on the menu board.Also, the employees don't know what's on these subs. If you say I want a #8 Italiano, they don't know what all that includes. I had to read the items on the menu for them.Two other times before this I ordered a different sub and it lived up to it's name, but the employees still needed me to read the ingredients expected for that sub.In summary...Can you still order subs built the way you want it? YesWhy the fancy menu and names? Not sure? Maybe Subway feels they need to justify their high prices with fancy words.What's up with the new decor? Maybe they want us to forget we are at Subway.With inflation and the cost of everything so high, fancy words don't make it all better. Maybe I'll go to "Which Wich" instead. ?Kid-friendliness: Not so much.

After watching the guy working pull his phone out his pocket to continue his video chat. Then touch the sandwich that was ordered online since I was the only person in the store at the time. He then touched his face to wipe off the sweat thought he would take his gloves off and then continue but not tonight guess he felt the need to add oil to this sub. ? Feel bad after seeing the guy that came to pick up his sub but I was already driving and seen him coming out. So keep in mind you never know what's happening with your good when your not watching it get made.

Ordered online. Stale bread, no cheese, no sauce, not enough vegetables or meat. With the insane price increase, I expected the quality to be the same but was disappointed. This sandwich is not worth the price it cost 30 years ago. Two thumbs down and zero stars. I have the temptation to get revenge. I feel like my money was stolen.

I have been to many. I can say this one is fast and sufficient, but soups are rarely available. Seems like they are always training some one new. I go to this location weekly.

I spoke to the area manager today about my sandwich last week and they have ensured me that they have taken actions to dispose of any possible causes and that practices and training are in place to keep this from happening again. I feel good about our conversation, and I will go back to this store. Thanks for caring about one upset customer. That made all the difference.

It's not easy providing service when the staff is only two persons versus seven customers. But the ladies were fantastic under pressure when customers are not.

Ordered on the app and went to pick it up curbside like I ordered. No one came out so I went Inside where an employee was sitting down eating, she didn’t speak or anything , just looked at me … another guy came from the back and I told him I was picking up an online order, he then informed me that they didn’t have rotisserie chicken like I ordered .. I guess they were gonna call me or anything to let me kno… so I chose the regular chicken, which I didn’t want. The experience wasn’t pleasant at all. The guy seemed like he didn’t wanna be there anymore than the female did.. No enthusiasm, no apology for running out of ingredients.. I def won’t be back

Honestly. i never really complain but i ordered a sandwhich online and when i went to eat it . my bread was soggy , and my meal was very very salty.we didn’t even want to finish. terrible.

This is the 2nd time I gone at 5:00 pm on a weekday and they have no bread made, no pizzas defrosted, and only flat breads available. It's dinner time. How does this place stay in business.

Honestly if 0 stars was an option that would be my rating. I told Chandler i was allergic more than twice to an item and i asked him to change his gloves after touching the item. He didnt change his gloves and when i asked him to grab new product from the back he rolled his eyes and sighed. He then continued to sell me a sub that was i would have had a bad reaction to. No managers are ever in the store anymore. Nobody ever picks up the phone. A lot of cross contamination was going on at the table. We were trying to buy 3 subs and ended up only getting 2. Im not being forced to by something that will put me in the hosptial. Subway is the only reason i know about my allergy to begin with.Dietary restrictions: Allergy

Honestly if I’d know. They do my husband like that I would have gone myself where the lettuce the tomato the actual protein bowl I’m so dissatisfied with this never again going to this subway my bowl is literally empty my husband is not one to say anything but I am. This is just sad he literally hande this man the phone with what I wanted ? -Rotisserie chicken lettuce tomato cucumber Banana peppers pepper oil and vinegar and ranch packets literally looks like someone ate half of it like seriously I’m mad honestly

I've managed a few subways and unless putting raw meat and not cooking it is allowed now I will not go here. The employees are not properly trained and definitely don't take sanitary precautions. I feel bad for the poor old lady that is about to eat that raw meat. When she gets sick that's on them. Don't go here hell I still have the subway inventory app... This will be reported.
