They are friendly when taking my order and are very fast to get it ready. Their food always comes in good quality and I am yet to have any poor quality.

I don't know what happened to this location but it's gone from ok to noway, the food has a chemical smell the workers all seem to hate working there and just toss the food on the counter. The order can change from what you ordered, my son asked for one of the mixed red and blue slushy and got a all blue razzberry one ,sour cream on only the end of your order . We like taco bell but I'll just have to go to one of the other ones to get better service.

1/3 times I visit this location they tend to forget one or two of my food orders, and unfortunately I don't catch it until I'm home and unpacking the bag. However, most times when I return about the missing food, they are respectful and kind and understanding. I always feel bad coming back to get the order correct but they don't treat me badly over it, and provide complimentary coupons occasionally. I just wish I didn't have to remedy an incorrect order so frequently. The food however is always good, good portion sizes, affordable within reason, and they're willing to go above and beyond when there's a mistake. Can't fault em for that.

Went through the drive through and it was a seamless experience. Service was wonderful and it was refreshing to receive excellent customer service.

Food was cold and they got my order wrong. I ordered 2 soft tacos with meat cheese and sour cream. They gave me: 2 soft tacos with everything. I gave them back and got my order. The tacos were cold and the drinks were flat. Don’t recommend coming

The lady working today, Approximately around 2PM "Brendan" she looked again, was just simply rude and would not stop rolling her eyes back towards me when asking for different sauces, on top of that the way she tossed me my bag, had me dead.SmhY'all really do hire anybody nowadays.Was my favorite Taco Bell down the road but honestly with the staff, it's giving 1/10 vibes.Really gotta work on y'all staff.Oh and we still got our tacos wrong.TWICE.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. I went to this location and ordered food, the girl at the window argued with me about how many drinks I ordered and would not provide a receipt. I was so angry I just left.. what’s one drink short.. got home to see that over half my order was wrong or missing. So I just got on the app and re ordered the stuff that was missing because after a 16hr shift at work I just wanted to eat.. but once again it was missing things again! So I called the location and explained what happened to the manager, Lynn, and she told me that they were extremely short staffed and basically made every excuse when “I’m sorry” would have sufficed. Then she goes on to tell me that I am not the only one that has complained about the same issue and that the girl was sent home because I wasn’t the first to complain. Then she tells me I can drive back to the location and get a refund on both orders. I get there and the girl that was “sent home” is standing right there. This manager LIED by assuming she knew who I was talking about without even asking for a description or name or anything and offered the information that she was sent home in the first place.. I didn’t just ask “hey did you send that rude girl home” so as a manager #1 the customer doesn’t care what your struggles are and the customers are why you have a job in the first place and if your unwilling to apologize this is a huge problem! #2 don’t say things just because you think it’s what your customer wants to hear, like telling me she sent someone home when clearly she just wanted me off the phone but then to tell me to come into the store and see for myself that in fact that did not happen she wanted to tell me I was wrong…. HUGE MISTAKE! I ordered from this store weekly.. now i will drive out of my way just to miss that store and find another one. Consider new staff or some training on how to appreciate their customers. WORST staff I have encountered in a very long time it’s very evident they do not know how to deal with people. Customer lost.

Worst Taco Bell ever. I stood for 15-20 min without even being acknowledged. They look over at you then look away. There’s not even anyone at the register ever. I asked a question after about 15 min, the guy just looked at me and walked away. I will always avoid picking up deliveries here from now on and even going there as a customer. They just threw the food at me when it was ready. Unbelievable ! It should be closed or they should be fired.
