The most disrespectful customer service. Four female store attendants sat around like high school girls at a lunch table, eating, on their phones, no one offered any assistance. The cashier had the most atrocious attitude and even had the audacity to make crude remarks because I went to exchange a shirt for a larger size while checking out. Meanwhile, the store was completely empty and my exchange did not impede or impose on any other customers. There were no greetings given upon walking in the store, nor was a farewell given once the transaction was done. To make matters worse, the manager was one of the four females distracted on their phone as they gossiped. Extremely unprofessional!

Great prices , for cute childerns clothing. However, the online service is not good at all. The ability to modify mistakes on transitions are very limited, and customer service is not available after hours to help you. Not even the chat works after hours. So, you're stuck waiting until the next business day, by then it's to late to do anything, because the order has shipped. They need at least a 10am-10pm online CS rep.

Worse customer service here.. always rushing when you're trying to check out. Majority of the time the store be empty when I shop and they still rush you and make you forgot to tell them you're a reward member or Make you forget to type your phone number/email.

Shopping here at the Harker Heights location has been a good experience and has improved with time. Ty, (the manager), has been really great to work with and she is very helpful. She’s nice, she’s friendly and easy to do business with.I order a lot of items to be delivered from Gymboree to the store and she’s always willing to help with my order pickups. The other women also are accommodating and helpful. The store is always orderly and presentable and has a good selection of clothing and sizes at inexpensive prices. I give them five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Ty, I appreciate your customer service and assistance.The staff is also nice to my daughter and they give her temporary tattoos which she loves to put on herself before bath. They don’t chastise her when she’s a little wild in the store. We all know shopping with our children can be stressful. I appreciate this very much. The photos are of Suri in Gymboree outfits. ?❤️?

Ok , I don’t know where to star , You really need to modify the way it works the online shopping, I don’t even know why you are paying customer Service if they are not going to do nothing for you. You really need to update your system about cancellation or modifications. I’ll keep shopping with Caters

I find more online for a good price than I do in person but there is a ton here and it's always well organized. I wish some of the sales from online would transfer to in store. I've had no luck two times despite asking employees. You sometimes have to dig for the better clothes.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM (CHILDREN’S PLACE) ONLINE. I made a purchase online. I find it to be horrible that I made the change to have my purchased shipped to my current address, but your system shipped it to the wrong address. When I looked at the receipt from my purchase I realized the error and because you’ll already have my money you’ll will not allow me to make the changes. Customer service to noooooo help. I called again and spoke with a manager who told me to call my bank. WTH! Yes, I will call the bank for fraud because I made a purchase that I will not receive. I am very disappointed in your organization because I have your company’s credit card and shop with you’ll all the time. Me nor my families will do business with you’ll. I am sure you’ll do not care. I see why soooo many of your store are closing.

Not Sure why people post reviews directed at corporate on here. But my review is for the actual store in Harker Heights. I have been shopping here for years and have always had good service. The quality of the clothes are appropriate for the price. I do wish the store had more space, but that's my issue not theirs. I will continue to shop for my grandchildren here.

Needed help employees were too busy with their personal conversation to help me or check out the other customers that were standing in line being ignored also. Unprofessional and rude you need to hire better quality people.

When you ordered a shirt back in September and it still hasn’t came, you call the store and they say it isn’t their fault I have called multiple times. It is really getting annoying and they won’t refun the money will never ever order online from this store again they do not care about their customers. It’s just bs

Me and my family showed up late to do some shopping for our sons usually in retail when you show up around closing time the staff is more worried about closing then helping out customers. Well not in this case we picked out a few items and the employee checking us out remembered that she saw similar items just recently go on clearance she asked if we could wait just a second and she went and dug threw some boxes and ended up finding similar items for half the price she ended up saving us money that day and went out of her way when she didn’t have to. to make sure we got the deal I applaud the team up their on doing a great job we will for sure be shopping their in the future

I would leave zero stars if I could. Awful customer service. I will be calling corporate office monday morning. Had I read reviews first for the customer service I would have never went. They should definitely hire new personnel including management if so many people are having issues.

I have no clue why so many bad reviews! Every time I go inside the store I get warm welcoming everyone so friendly and kind. The prices are really go can’t beat all the deals they have and so many different verity of clothes and shoes to choose from. I definitely will continue to keep coming here.
