On October 20th 2023 I had just left the gym and decided on my way home that I would stop by Today's Car wash to wash my 2011 Nissan Armada as I have on numerous occasions. After going through the wash tunnel I pulled out and drove around to the area to dry my vehicle off and vacuum it. After drying off the drivers side of the vehicle I proceeded to the rear of the vehicle. As I started to dry the rear of the vehicle I noticed that my passenger side taillight cover was missing. I alerted one of the staff that was standing beside the building and waved at him to come over to my vehicle. At first he seemed to be hesitant to come over but eventually proceeded to. When he arrived I stated that the tunnel had damaged my rear taillight and could he see if it was inside the tunnel, to which he turned and went in. After approximately seven (7) minutes he returned with two other individuals with my broken taillight cover along with two other taillight covers. One of the guys started to take pictures of my vehicle along with the VIN number and other pictures. As he was doing that another guy was there with some paperwork as I had stated that I wanted to file a claim to which I stated yes. The first question out of his mouth was, do you come he often, and has this ever happened before to which I stated yes I come he with all of my vehicles and have never had anything like this to happen. He then continued to do the paperwork and then stated that he would give it to the site manager along with this picture and I should hear something from him by Wednesday the 25th of October. I then pointed out that the two other lens cover were not from my vehicle, and he said these are not you to which I answered no. On the 25th of October, I had not heard anything from the site manager, so I decided to call the number that was given to me to no avail. I tried calling a couple of time and the answering machine would always pick up and state that they were out washing cars. At approximately 5:23 pm I received a call from Todays Car Wash which I missed, and a messages was left by Manny stating that he was calling to talk to me about my claim. On Thursday the 26th of October, I had not heard anything else from Manny so I decided to drive to the Car Wash. once I got there I ask for Manny the Site Manager and was told to hold on and who was asking. I told the individual my name and he proceeded to go inside. After a few minutes, Manny exited the building and I introduced my to him and he stated yes I called you but you didn't answer. As we were walking towards my vehicle he stated that we don't normally pay for incidents like these, to which I stated what do you mean, and then what types of incidents do you cover since there is none posted. Manny then proceeded to walk around the vehicle looking at the rear taillights. As he was I took out the broken part of the taillight from the damage and stated, as you can see I have already replaced the rear taillight. I then stated that you can not just replace the lens cover, you have to replace the rear taillight assembly. Upon hearing that he preceded to say there is a lot of space between here and water can get in here. I then stated, what are you now the engineer that design this model, I know I am not and as you can see there is no water in there. After we went back and forth, he stated the I will have to get with my Regional Manager to see what he has to say. I then told him, I am surprised that someone else had not file a claim against the Car Wash because there was other pieces brought out along with mine. He then stated that we clean it out every night to which I stated that's not possibly because of the other light covers that were brought out wit mine. I then stated that I would not have known if I had not decided to dry my vehicle, and I am sure the one that those covers blogged to probably just washed and droves off and when they seen it they thought something else happened. It's of today the 29th of October 2023, I have not heard anything from Today's Car Wash meaning

Great car wash! Keeps my new car looking brand new all the time. Free vacuum and towels to wipe down after. I pay for the monthly package, it's worth it.

I loved it. I pay a monthly fee to get in as many times as I want. You drive up, the machine scans your barcode and you're in and out, just like that. Free vacuums and clean towels to dry and clean your car. No complaints.Services: Vacuuming

Lost a sentimental object though the vacuum while hosing the car. Management, simply could not shut the entire operation down, forOne (1) customers misfortune...But he did "promise" to retrieve it.. & have it for me the next day...& true to his word..he did just that.Thank you Justin..I sincerely appreciate your help.

I tried the membership and my car was never really clean. My white car would have blue marks after washing and when the front was left with bugs and grime after a wash, I was done. If you have a sports car, it’ll get well taken care of. If you have a common car, don’t go here. Save your money and go somewhere else.Service: Vacuuming

Granted, it says that google says they close at 8. But I wouldn’t have known that if my vacuum wasn’t randomly shut off. Confused, I asked the manager why it was working, he gives a snark remark about them being closed. I apologized and asked if I could just finish the last side of my car. He tells me no because they need to clear out the trash, and walks away. All the employees were busy doing other closing duties (brushing the lot and cleaning the inside of the car wash line) no one had even started with the trash. 5 more minutes to finish my vacuuming would have did no damage to him. Prime example of a power hungry individual. If not 5 more minutes of curiosity, letting me know before I spent $20 on an already poor wash that you would be closing in 10 minutes would’ve been greatly appreciated. Will never return.

I pay a monthly fee to have unlimited washes, yet when I want to upgrade my wash, to the “best one,” at that, they still charge me full price. For what? And I get that the economy isn’t that great and all, but like - I used to work here.. I know that it only costs a few dollars to run that ultimate wash. A few years ago when it was $16, that was reasonable, and the profit margins were exceptional. $25 for the same exact wash?… Come on, guys. Heavily considering Galaxy car wash at this point.

I have been washing my cars here for years. With newer cars it is key to key them clean and I go all in on them. I have had car washes done by dealer and galaxy when out of town and trust me Todays car wash is 100% betterServices: Auto detailing

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I went through the car was 2 times the second time I talked to the manager and she said she would talk to them and make sure they payed more attention to all of the bugs on the truck. They just waived me on and didn't do anything different even when I asked them to get the bugs off. I have been going there for a long time but that will be the last time I'll go!!??

I’m have a membership with Todays Car Wash and it is a really good car wash. I love that when you pull in they great you with a smile or a wave. I bought the package that has it all. It is a clean car wash with workers keeping it clean with fresh towels and really good vacuums too. I’ve had my membership for almost a year now. I go almost everyday to the one in Harker Heights. Todays Car Wash gets my car super clean unlike others I’ve been too that DO NOT!!Over the last 3 months I’ve noticed Todays Car Wash has been getting more customers and so much busier due to their competition of other car washes all around my area of Harker Heights. I mean, there is a car wash or two almost on every street and both sides of access roads we have. Seems Killeen and Harker Heights thinks we don’t have enough of them so, they keep building more and more. To MANY in my opinion really.So, you ask why I didn’t give a 5 ☆ rating? Well, I have noticed this past month that Todays Car Wash in Harker Heights and the one in Belton along with one at Clear Creek are rushing us through the car wash to fast that they are not prepping our vehicles like they used too. Meaning, they have one or two prep workers wash your windshield, front bumper and back windshield. Some days they just do one side of my vehicle. Ugh ? And the guy who pulls you in is supposed to spray your front bumper but, I’ve noticed they dont do that now as much as they used too. (Maybe they forget due to being busy) IDKThey are half A$!ing that part I’ve noticed now as well as rushing us through the wash WAY to fast and WAY to CLOSE to the vehicle in-front of you that it makes me nervous thinking I am going to hit the vehicle in front of me.This is just my opinion and what I have noticed. And others will have their opinion too.For me…..I will continue to go to Todays Car Wash!!! ?

The Harker Heights location could use some TLC. Many times there's very little soap, no wax, and worn mop pads.The personnel quality has gone down, with looks of, "What are you doing here?" on the faces of the guide/pre-was crew.
