So rude. The rep in the purple sparkly pants is so rude. I put a basket on top of the counter because I didn’t know where it went. He gave me such a nasty look and it was really weird. I wasn’t trying to offend him. I’m just awkward and didn’t know what to do with it. He made me very uncomfortable.

I must say hands down I had a wonderful experience. I just moved back to Texas and I’m usually good about having extra makeup on hand. Well I ran out and I needed some before the next day. Went to ultra an hour before they closed. Ms Brie took great care of me. I told her my concerns and before I finished she knew what shade and brand to get me. She took her time with me didn’t rush at all. The conversation was great. Even the two young ladies that checked me out was awesome. Ulta you truly have a gem here she needs a raise, promotion or something. Brie please continue what you do and follow your dreams!!!

Came in without an apt was told they had no availabilities but right when i went to leave Melissa Honeycutt said she could give me a haircut. She was great! I have very thick hair and she knew exactly what to do and i left with my hair feeling soft and managable. She took her time and didnt rush my cut like alot of stylist do. I will be using her services from now on!

Went in to purchase some make up and the fragrance employee tried to extort money from me and get me to send It to his cash app. He tried to get me to send him $650 dollars plus my total purchase price of 750$! I filed a complaint and nothing happened no follow up! This place and the managers do not care I will be filling a police report!

This ulta has THE BEST eyebrow girl!!! She’s the only one I will let do my eyebrows. She takes her time with you and holds amazing conversation. Go see Briana if you want your brows in good hands!!

I booked a salon appointment for 2:15, the day before the stylist called and wanted to move me to 1:30 and I agreed… only to check in and wait until almost 2:15 anyway. I knew my hair was needing to be cut shorter than I was used to… postpartum does that to you. She just simply didn’t have time to listen to my concerns as they obviously took on more than they could handle. I should’ve walked out then. But she chopped my hair all the way up below my ears, haphazardly blow dried my curls till they were frizzed to the point of no return and sent me on my way. What online told me would be an hour or more for the curl treatments took 20 mins at a maximum because she didn’t do it, she had the audacity to tell me “you’ll see, you’ll love it”… I don’t. I have a toddler and now I have to spend extra time straightening my hair every morning which I made the commitment of no heat on my hair for 6 years now. I came in to feel better about how I look and now I don’t even want to leave the house. They offered to book another appointment to rectify the issue, but the hair is gone, there’s no rectifying the fact that all my hair is gone and I had no say in it… she treated me like just a number with little to no care, giggled while I cried from the shock as this is not what I asked for. I could never recommended this overpriced, bad quality to anyone. The cashier staff and the manager I spoke with are kind souls but the salon… they seriously broke my spirit.

I’m not sure why majority of the employees have such a bad attitude and are curt for no reason. But it’s always the same experience anytime I go into this store.

Damber was AMAZING. My wife speaks no English and damber went high and low to make her happy. Even ripped her pants lol. We tried to tip her but she REFUSED to take it. Very funny and helpful made my wife’s night
