The assistance I received at the Harker Heights location was stellar. Rebeka went above and beyond in helping me pack and mail items to my son stationed in Alaska. She answered all of my questions. She was incredibly professional, patient, and kind.

I love this location! I always drive out of my way to come here because the service is spectacular. Doesn’t how busy they are, they are fast, professional, and courteous. Rebeka and Barbara brought the laughs and went out of their way to provide me top notch service!

This UPS Store is always incredibly busy, yet the staff handles it with impressive efficiency. They work hard to keep the line moving while still being friendly and kind to everyone. Rebeka & Barbara are great! I love my HH UPS store! It is smaller than I’m used to (just moved here from another area) but the service is always good. Always super sweet and will sometimes have a small chat with you when they’re not busy. ❤️
