Great place to get things for mixed drinks as well for shots. They also have deals that are set to make a drink with out needing bartending skills

Unique liquor for everyday and special occasions. Staff helpful if they don't have something will try to bring it in or know where you can find it.

I had the worst experience with customer service, with the "manager". I have been a customer off and on for three years and usually the employees are nice. But, today someone claiming to be the manager was very rude, and passive aggressive. I mistakenly grabbed the wrong priced bottle of Knob Creek, placed above a label marked $50, (but later found out it was $79). I didn't notice until after the sale had gone through. I nicely stated I needed to exchange it for the one I meant to get. Her demeanor then changed (from friendly to rude) she told me that they didn't do refunds of any sort and showed me the "policy" that was taped to the other counter (underneath a sign marked cash register closed). I went back to the bottle of KC to double check , then explained to her that the labels were indeed mismarked. She then proceeded to try to shift the blame on me for "not knowing how to read labels", and "I should have noticed the labels before I just picked up a bottle" and "noticed the price before the sale was completed". As if, it's my fault that the store mismarked the items. Wow... All that negative energy because I asked for a simple refund/exchange. She's the "manager" yet, had to call the owner who spoke to me over the phone and respectfully , stated he would fix the label issue and give me the exchange/refund. Even after he hung up, she continued to argue it was my fault, I refuted, and stated it was the stores responsibility to check, not mine. She then told me to "leave HER store". Yep, I left HIS store, and I will never go there , again. I will go to Twin Liquors, instead.
