I had an excellent experience at US Storage Center thanks to Porschia! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution for my storage needs. She took the time to explain everything clearly, walked me through the options, and made the process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service that feels both personal and professional, but Porschia delivered that perfectly. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and taken care of. I definitely recommend US Storage Center to my friends only because of the experience that Porschia provided.

I have rented here since mid May. I log in to pay my payment and it is over double what it should have been. I assumed it way an error and called. The lady at the office said that it was a rental increase and she sent an email. I admit I did not open the email since in came the same day as my invoice for the following month and thought it came twice. I said you don't call when doubling rent and she said they don't have to. Cool. She did offer to send a rent negotiation and while I would a still pay an increase it would the the 277(up from 113). Nah, I'm good. I moved my stuff out and took a video of the way I left. Deceptive. I see rental increase complaints on here for property improvements, yet that light on the side of the office building has been flickering since May. Make it make sense.

Easy reservation process.was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They asked when I needed to start my move in so they could be prorat the rent and didn't pressure to have it start that day. They even pitched to me that if I had private renters insurance that it would cover their insurance policy requirement which would have cost me $15 bucks through them. Overall easy and hassle free process.
