Noticed the same day that it had an oil leak, alignment was off, it was missing a fog light, and that some spots were missed after they had it detailed.BUTDrive 1 was AMAZING and fixed everything that they missed after we bought the vehicle.They paid to have it re-detailed to get all the spots that were missed, they had us take it to the mechanic shop they use to fix the oil leak and fog light (which wasn't actually missing just pushed in, and they fixed it) and they had us take it to the alignment shop they use to get it fixed.Good honest dealership with great prices. They could have just said sorry you bought it that way and they didn't. Definatly recommend you buy here when looking for a vehicle. They even worked with us on our price range to get that vehicle. 100% impressed with this place!!!!”

“I try my best to do all of my own maintenance but I am adamant about using REAL Toyota parts. The only way to ensure that's done is ordering from the dealer. I shopped online and found they have some of the lowest prices on parts so I gave them a shot as I would get free shipping over $75.There was a big oops on the order and honestly my frustration wanted to give 1 star BUT mistakes/accidents happen and as a small business owner myself it's not that you make a mistake, it's how you respond to that mistake.I'm BEYOND IMPRESSED with how this dealership handled it. They owned it, paid to ship the oops back to them, refunded me, and called to let me know they refunded me.I took 1 star off for my frustration but honestly I would give them another opportunity because of how well they made it right.You have my respect and although you might not have my business now, I would no doubt give them another opportunity in the future.Y'all have a great day.”

I love my new-to-me car (2010 Nissan Armada) and it had no surprise issues. The owner even changed out a taillight bulb for me free of charge when he noticed it was out (I hadn't even noticed). They don't hover, or pressure you, they are just there to help and answer questions to help you find what you need.I would absolutely recommend Reliable Auto Sales to friends and family, as they are exactly what the name implies.
