Jose from HH USPS was able to help me out. He had a positive attitude and very nice start to finish. I was not able to get into my mailbox after moving to a new location. He followed me to the mailbox and got me set up. I was able to get my keys!

I have informed delivery and was informed a had a package delivered to my mailbox. I checked and there was no package. Since we have community mailboxes I was fairly sure my package was put in the wrong box.I went to the post office and gave them the information and the manager was great. He drove out to my neighborhood and opened up the box to look for my package. It took him less than a minute to find it. Great service!

By far the worst post office I’ve dealt with. First our parcel gets damaged and needs to be replaced. It took MONTHS to get the new one and everyone on our street was having to go up to the post office to get their mail. Every time I would go in to retrieve my mail I would ask for an update about when they thought we would have our parcel back and I was told, “Oh, the new parcel is here. It’s actually right behind this wall. We’re just waiting on someone to go out and install it.” Nearly 3 months later someone decides to finally install the parcel. We get new keys to our mail slot and after about a week I noticed we weren’t getting any mail so I went back up to the post office to ask what the deal was. Turns out they labeled our particular slot with the wrong house number and the manager said he would go out that very next morning and fix it. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and do you think it’s fixed!? NOPE. It still hasn’t been corrected and I’m still having to go up to the post office to get my mail due to their mistake and laziness. I’m beyond fed up. ZERO STARS!!!

This is really sad. Multiple issues with this location and mail girl. Always getting the wrong mail. Always getting an attitude from the driver. Sometimes an F word or two.Today wrong mail again. ( This is frequent) mail has also been delivered damaged at times or ripped into.

Lazy employees. The manager had to step in to help me print a return label that the female clerk was unwilling to print. If you’re unable or unwilling to answer simple questions without an attitude, you need to find a different job.

If I could post less then one star I would. They are horrible about delivering your items.They hold items at post office without consent. They sent notifications to my phone saying they tried to make contact with me when they didnt. They failed to give me a re delivery tag.They didn't even bother to come to my door or ring the door bell. I don't have a working vehicle right now and I have no way to get my item. Horrible.

Zero star for horrible customer service. November 6th, (so you know who is on duty) I walk in with the doors wide open right at 5pm. She’s waiting on a customer and the clock hits 5:01 and she tells me she’s closed. I asked politely if she would help me since I’m in line and she flat out refused! She just stood there and glared at me. What the heck?? Makes me want to drive to Killeen because she was so awful to me. How can you have such rude and lazy people working for our local post office??? I see you don’t have a very good rating. I wonder why? Get that old bitty out of there!!!!!

S/o to Andrew. He went out his way to make sure my package would be delivered. I was tracking my package and as soon as it said insufficient address so can’t deliver I gave them a call and Andrew resolved my issue. Thank you!

I remember last Christmas when the outside drop was so full I had to go inside to drop my mail. When I told the guy at the service desk, he yelled to the guy responsible and then they all had a good laugh. I am afraid people are being planted to kill the institutions that made America great.

Had a package coming out for delivery and because it was raining the mail person marked it saying package couldn’t be delivered because of an animal. Which is not true since we have the multiple mailboxes put together. Went to post office driver was not back even spoke to supervisor who said they would fix it but didn’t do that. Basically lied so that I would leave the post office.

If I could give zero stars I would. It's no wonder private courier services are taking over. Amazon package was to be delivered 2 Oct. Tracked my package on Amazon and it showed 1st attempt delivery with options, one being scheduling online redelivery which I did for 3 Oct with instructions to leave package at door. Get home 3 Oct no package! Checked mailbox and filled out slip to deliver 4 Oct no delivery 4 or 5 Oct. Called 6 Oct and was told the driver had a weight restriction and I had to pick up which I refused. I paid for delivery and there cannot possibly be only one delivery person. The clerk that answered the phone assured me my package would be delivered 7 Oct.They never delivered. Filed official complaint. Need to go out of business and shut down. Useless!!

Why don’t you have a phone number that goes straight through to the post office? Is that a way to not have to speak with the customer directly?

the workers are ghetto as hell , these two ghetto girls were literally teaming up and talking horribly to another worker there in front of us customers , and 0 professionalism , toxic workplace and awful customer service and rudeness from some of the workers gross
