I go into this location daily, I live in Kempner and have plenty of convenient stores around there, I go here because of how fantastic I am treated by James and Rose, they are a great team there, BUT, Tuesday when I went, a Tiffany checked me out, and I have never experienced such rudeness, it was so embarrassing that it almost made me not go back, a matter of fact, when i turned around, everyone behind me rolled their eyes on how bad she was. They all agreed.... If it was not for the kindness and professionalism I get from James and Rose, I would never go back. If I walk up to that door and Tiffany is working, I will turn around and leave. I appreciate the chance to leave this review.

I will give a 5 star because the kind people there really leave a great happy impression on me. 2 people specifically. I do wish I knew their names but I don't at the moment sadly. I'll find out and put them in here. Even though it's a convenient store and I'm only there for a short period of time (I usually get my drinks from there while door-dashing) I am happy when I see the 2 that are so welcoming there. Always greeting and just their vibe is very cool. Every time. Even if they seem just not having a good day they still continue to be welcoming to there customers and kind. Thank you so much to the gentleman and woman that are like this.... I can say I really do appreciate it and am thankful because people these days are just so rude. Speaking of rude people now.....
Their is one person today just mannnn.... rude and just not inviting and it just sucks and I understand maybe she is having a bad start to her morning or what and I do hope you have a better afternoon and if anything is bothering you I hope better vibes come your way... but why am I getting rudely treated? I don't know her name either and I won't put it in here because I don't want to put her out their with a name.... but hopefully, she will have a better day and not treat people so rude.

They Alway friendly for customers. The team is really awesome and I Alway go there and they Alway remember what I buy. But they are great team. And keep prostive. But there more that five start give u ten star ❤️

A lot of sketchy people here and feel unsafe exiting my vehicle here even though it's right off the main road from the highway.There are always concerning people hanging around here.This is an absolutely horrible place for an Amazon locker. I literally cannot use it because of the people nearby.This is an eyesore, it does not help the area. Why can't we have a nice gas station coming into heights.
