“We were at PoP Shelf just now (great Christmas sales btw) and our daughter had a budget of $10. She found a Disney Princess baby doll on a shelf that was marked $8. There were a couple of them there so I told her that it looked like it was within her budget- she was obviously very excited. There were no other price indicators anywhere on the box or elsewhere in the store. When we went to ring the toy up, it showed $16 and we had to tell her that it didn't fit her budget. When the two women who were working behind the counter heard us, they double checked what I was saying and ended up giving the toy to my daughter for the price on the display. It seriously made my daughters day and was a shining example of good customer service. We have a very happy three year old right now because the employees were exceptional at PopShelf this evening!
