Would give 0 stars if I could. Came for vaccines and left without them due to how incredibly slow and lackluster the service is. So many people back there I'm confused how the line piles up enough for patrons to get up and leave as we did. Just go to HEB where the experience is always smooth. Don't waste your time here.

So I'm standing here obviously waiting to speak with someone and at least 5 staff members walked around and or either assisted other people as if I wasn't standing there waiting. This is some horrible customer service at its best. If nothing more recognize someone standing even if you can't help them at that time. Don't walk by and ignore them over and over.

Worst business I have ever been with. Took them over a week to fill life substantial medications. I had to go to the ER for temps because no one does their job. I e been in the drive through for 45 mins. There is only 3 cars in front of me. The refuse to transfer my medications to HEB. And to top it off every person o have talked to is uneducated, extremely rude, without a concern they they are handing out medication to SICK people who don't need a crappy attitude. And this has been every month for the last 6 months. I CANT NOT HATE THIS STORE ANYMORE ITS NOT HUMANLY POSSIBLE. PLEASE do something about this useless staff and hire so professionals.

My 93 year old mother was just sent home from the hospital yesterday and transferred to hospice care due to the cancer that has spread throughout her body. Today I received confirmation at 11:50am from her hospice nurse that her pain meds were sent in to Walgreen’s and confirmed for pick up after 2pm. I waited in line starting at 1:57pm and once they reopened from their lunch break at 2pm, I waited for 30 minutes to pick up said prescriptions. Once it was my turn at 2:27pm. I was told that they just received the order of her scripts less than 5 minutes ago and that I would need to go back to the end of the line and wait again. I got very vocal about how terrible they were handling things. I was told there was nothing they could do and I just needed to wait my turn. Mind you, the hospice nurse received confirmation from them that the order was received and would be ready at 2pm. Things kept getting more heated and I was told I needed to leave the line. After much arguing back and forth I went back inside and once again asked for the prescriptions. They sent me off with only 1 of the 2 scripts and neglected to tell me that. Once I discovered their error, I went back and they told me that the other script required additional approval and that I needed to contact my mother’s insurance. I called the hospice nurse again and she explained that they just needed to request the additional approval from hospice, not my mother’s insurance. Nurse took care of everything for them and received confirmation at 2:45 pm that script would be ready within the next two hours. I arrived at 6pm to pick up script and was told that they just received the order as we were discussing the script order. They told me to come back at 7pm. I find it beyond coincidental that both times they magically received the script orders as soon as I arrived. Most definitely they just never processed the order until I arrived and were trying to cover up that they neglected to process the order. They were being so ugly about it. Yes. I raised m ly voice and threw out some profanities after this got very heated due to my frustration with them along with the emotional distress I’m enduring knowing that my mother is dying. They showed no compassion at any time, nor did they apologize for any of the inconveniences they caused. And most importantly, they did nothing to help my mother out of her pain, even though I asked them to consider the circumstances. I never asked them for anything special. They just refused to admit their errors and wanted me to pay/get me back for my outbursts by making me wait longer and just being plain rude and inconsiderate. I’ve always thought that pharmacies were there to help the sick and show compassion for their customers. This Harker Heights Walgreen’s does none of the above. And to top it off, they do everything to make you feel like they have been inconvenienced by you and make it abundantly clear that they just don’t give a sh** about their customers. Please, do not use this pharmacy!

There is ridiculousness wait every time I e had to use this pharmacy. I also love how they'll all hide in the back when there's people at the front waiting to be seen. Poorly run or understaffed.

I Have been to so many Walgreens pharmacies in the State of Texas. And the one in Harker Heights Texas is the worst . One person that goes by the name of Barbara is very rude .

This place is a TOTAL JOKE for a pharmacy! If I could give it a -5 stars I would! They're system locks up and they can't fill prescriptions almost daily! You ask for information on drug availability before the Dr sends it in and they can't figure out what they have in stock, or when they can get it. Customer service is a JOKE! Takes absolutely FOREVER to pick anything up! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM HERE!

In line for the pharmacy drive through. I'm the last car in line, watching the person in front of me get service. They pull away, I pull up to the window.... And they've closed for lunch. Been waiting 40 minutes! I'm the last car in line! Are you serious?! Close for lunch on the LAST CAR IN LINE??Transferring my prescriptions. Never again. Bye Walgreen's.

Service has deteriorated here. Sometimes only one person at the counter with 10 people in a single line, taking forever. And the guy barely speaks to you. Oh, and they shorted my pills, so I had to return to go through all of this again to get the correct amount. They have piles of filled prescription bags everywhere, having to sort through all of them to locate yours. Not good.

Extremely slow drive thru, absolutely unreal. Once you get to the window there is no apology, explanation, nothing. Tech barely speaks. Very frustrating. It's no better going inside.

I only give them one star bc they did actually fill one of my sons 4 prescriptions. Their clock on their wall in the pharmacy said 655pm. I was in line. The guy ahead of me was an employee and cut me off in the aisle to get in front of me. Said they are closed, it closes at 7. I point to the clock on their wall that shows it is not 7 yet and he throws up his phone that read 659. Lady at the counter, let's call her Barbara, well bc that is the name on her scrubs, was the rudest person I have ever met in my life! She absolutely does not need to be in customer service! She Screamed at me that they were closed and would not help me. I had to plead my case bc my son has a tooth infection and his mouth was so swollen (see pic) I needed to start mediation immediately or it could end up more serious. The dentist can't take him for 4 more days bc of Memorial Day weekend. I was desperate. She then proceeded to tell me it wasn't even ready, even though I already got a text 20 mins prior that 2 of 4 were ready and the antibiotic was one of them. Another nicer lady comes up and says you have 2 ready, I said ok, I don't even have to go through insurance, whatever is quicker, I just need those 2 (other one was lidocaine to numb his mouth). When all is said and done they brought me one and said I can get the rest tomorrow. Ok, at least I can start his antibiotic, whatever. She Told me the price and I pulled out cash and Barbara basically yells at the other girl, you can't take cash on that register!! Ok, calm down, here is my debit card, I don't care, I just need to get this medication. So even though the other one was ready, per the text they sent me, they still would not give it to me. My son is in so much pain. I literally got in the car as soon as they texted me it was ready. Worst customer service ever. If I could, I would have them transfer the other 3, I dread going back in there tomorrow!! Barbara, if you are reading this, get out of customer service NOW! You do not belong there and here's the thing, most of the time, it's not what you say, it's how you say it and all I am saying is take a customer Service class or find a different profession. Walgreens just lost my business forever. All because of them not knowing how to set their clocks correctly and bc of one person behind the counter that does not know how to talk to people. She should be ashamed. Pic to show you my sons face and how desperate I was for the antibiotic and lidocaine. Also, I am in customer service and work long days and If a customer shows up 1 min before their reservation or even while I am still there, I ALWAYS stay and help them, WITH A SMILE ON MY FACE! Heck last week I stayed 1.5 hours late so a customer could get her credit card straightened out and this was the day before my husband was leaving for 9 months. Complete Failure on Walgreens part. Hire better people.
