Probably the most disrespectful and dismissive employees that anyone could hire, almost seems intentionally. I get it, no one *Likes* to work, but don't take it out on people who are just trying to get things they need, possibly things that are vital to their health, such as medication. Don't tell people medication is ready in an email or on the phone only to make people wait a day or two till it's actually ready. I've made the active choice to avoid this pharmacy at all costs and divert it to any pharmacy but this location specifically, I'd rather drive down to killeen and go to cvs or another walgreens than come to this place.

On June 8, 2024 I visited Walgreens at 400 E Knights Way Harker Heights, TX 76548, Store Number
Prior to arriving, I called the Store to ensure that I would be able to get a copy of a previously taken passport photo. I was informed that it was possible to do so and to come right in and I’d be taken care of.
Upon arrival at the stop, I was directed to the photo area. Before I even reached the desk, Michael yelled out to his coworker, the woman who directed me to him, “why are you sending people over to me? I thought this was odd but disregarded the comment. Once at the Photo Center, I informed Michael of my previous conversation with his colleague prior to arriving at the store and my desire to make a copies of my passport photo. Belligerently, aggressively and condescendingly- Michael, instead of helping begin to insult and threaten me.
Not only did Michael refuse to make a copy, he told me that my photo would not be accepted by the Passport Office because I have on earrings in the photo and my shoulders are showing. I informed Michael that I previously submitted the photo in question and everything went well with the Passport Office.
Michael expressed that it was impossible for me to use this photo and clearly I’d never gotten a passport in American. This is offense because as a US Army Veteran, I have had several passports and am world travelled.
He further expressed that there are countries that would behead for exposing myself so salaciously. As I was exiting the store. Michael exclaimed that I didn’t know what I was talking about or what I was doing.
I filed a complaint with the corporate office on him.

The pharmacy tech named Barbara was super rude. I asked a simple questions and her response was so rude an condescending. I get having a bad day but if helping a patient/customer irritates you then maybe you’re in the wrong field. I will not be returning to use this pharmacy.

Was told that my daughter’s medicine was ready, then sat in the slow drive through line for half an hour only to be told it’s not ready. Kinda sucks.

Little Hispanic woman has a attitude problem. I asked a simple question as to when the pharmacy would open she replied" they are closed, everyone needs to each lunch, you eat too" very disrespectful, rude, and arrogant.

For some reason this pharmacy doesn’t understand patient confidentiality! I know the medication I’m taking and there is no need to repeat out loud what I take so that the long line behind me knows my business. Definitely violation of HIPAA. What makes it worse is that when I have came in for other medication it’s not mentioned, but controlled meds are announced. Shame on the “professionals” that think it’s ok to share information that is not theirs to share.

Online appointments/information does not match with what they have in store. They need to fix it and timely update which services customers can get to avoid confusion and inconvenience.

Absolutely worse. Tuesday went to the store to get my prescription back because they have had it for 5 days and its still not filled then they claimed they couldnt find it but they would fill it asap. I was also advised they would reach out today (Wednesday) i hear nothing from them. I call and im on hold the entire time. No one has spoke to me at all and they close in an hour

Worst pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. I’ve had re occurring refills and everytime I get a message to pick up, I go in to get it and find out that they need to put it in for the fill. After I tell them it’s four, and tell them what it is, I wait 20 minutes just to receive two. I wait in line again for me to wait again another 20 to 40 minutes for the remaining two. And when I get called, they only have the third!!! So I pick it up and an hour later I pick up the fourth one. I worked as a pharmacy tech and understand the labor involved, but this is ludicrous

Lazy, dismissive staff! I dropped a prescription off for my son. I asked them to text me when it was filled and ready for pickup. They confirmed my number and said they would text me. I receive texts and automated phone calls from other Walgreens' locations with no problems. I called the next day to see if it was ready. They told me they had to order it and it would take 1-2 days. They received my son's prescription 2 days later and never contacted me. I called today (a week later), and they said it was ready for pickup last week. I said no one contacted me. The attendant was dismissive, even telling me I gave them a prescription for one medication. When I know the MD wrote two medications on the same document that I gave them.

As previously stated by another reviewer, would give 0 stars if I could. Came for vaccines and left without them due to how incredibly slow and lackluster the service is. So many people back there I'm confused how the line piles up enough for patrons to get up and leave as we did. Just go to HEB where the experience is always smooth. Don't waste your time here.
