I have been trying to use this ATM for over a year and yet I have only been a able to get cash out of it twice in a year. It never has cash, can't make a deposit and all you can do is see your account balance. What is the point of this never servest paperweight of an ATM?

I'm going to reach out to Wells Fargo directly and see if it makes a difference. I have visited THIS ATM twice this week and the majority are correct. Deposit unavailable and or completely out of service.

Every time i come to the d*** atm there is no availability to deposit. Its the ONLY wells fargo in killeen. Very disappointing.

The ATM is in harker heights Walmart parking lot. No branch unless u drive to temple where They are very polite and always remember me even though I rarely come in and live 3 towns away
