I asked for them to break a $20 bill and they asked if i had an account. When i said no they said they can't break bills if you dont have an account. That is poor customer service whether i have an account or not! Its a bank...isnt that what banks are for? They will NEVER have my service!

This was a bad experience for me. I went to cash a western union money order (they claim to be a western union provider) but was told by the guy that they could not cash them if I didn't have an account with them because there was no way to guarantee it!! WHAT? It's a money order? He said they consider money orders personal checks. I asked him how that was when a money order is guaranteed and already paid for to western union and he said he didn't know he just knows they consider them personal checks and they wouldn't cash it unless I opened an account. Uh no thanks I don't want an account with a bank who doesn't understand the difference between a personal check and a money order.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! I hate this bank. First off I've never heard of a bank running out of money, but this bank does. I went in for quarters so I could do laundry at my apartment complex. I went on a saturday, and was told that they had no quarters because there boss wasn't there to open the safe. So I waited and went the next day. Again the manager wasn't there to open the safe. I understand one day but two! I was angry especially waiting twenty plus minutes in line. I signed up with this bank not looking into other banks, but currently im looking into other banks and I suggest anyone else who is looking for a bank look else where. This bank charges for everything! When you call the 800 number after so many times, and if you deposit cash they only give you so much of it within the first 24 hours which is ridiculous since its cash. SO FIND ANOTHER BANK!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.

As a branch, this bank is a bit slow. The people are decently friendly but there is usually a line of 5 or 6 people anytime I go... As a bank. First convenience is a joke. They treat their customers like scum. I had an issue where my apartment complex ran my check twice. They caught it and restored the funds of the check to my account but would not remove the NSF fees until the "merchant's bank" wrote them a letter stating it happened. Uh what?! I currently work at a different bank, and have worked at other banks too, and this has NEVER been the policy at any of them. They have now charged me over $100 in overdraft fees because of the "merchant" error that overdrew my account. My account should have never been overdrawn in the first place!! Don't even bother banking here unless you REALLY need a place open on a Sunday.
