“This place is not only friendly, but they're efficient, and eager to get the job done! I really appreciate the welcoming vibe. I came with my two year old (which can be a littl hectic) and the receptionist was so incredibly sweet. She guided my son to see her chickens and even gave us a couple eggs. It was truly such an amazing experience. Prices are reasonable and turnover time is so quick. I put my car in today, and was notified earlier that it would be ready tomorrow. As a returning customer, I can honestly if anyone is looking for a good shop for their vehicle I 1000% recommend this one. Thank you everyone @ Parker Automotive for such a great experience!!”
“Experience was great. staff was friendly and professional. They were able to get my vehicle in the same day. they diagnosed the problem quickly. Their communication was excellent, letting me know what was needed. They got my car repair quicker than I thought. when I picked it up I told the advisor that I wanted to check out the work and he said please do and if I needed anything to let him know. “Our 2016 F-250 started making a noise from the front suspension, so I thought. I took it to a Ford dealer, got an estimate to replace the body mounts, that’s what was making the noise, for $2,800. We are Winter Texans, so I spoke with my friends in Texas, they all recommended Doug’s Automotive. I talked with Steve at Doug’s Automotive, he was very knowledgeable and great talking to me. He gave me an estimate, $1,000, I made an appointment, he fixed my body mounts on time and at the quoted price. Great place to get your vehicle fixed.”

“Our sales rep was very pleasant. She wasn’t pushy and listened to our purchasing needs. I would work with Mrs. Genesis again!
The only thing I will elaborate on ; because it’s important to mention, is the 180 the finance manager Mr. Solis took once we denied the extra fluff warranties offered to us closing. Even after I was extremely clear that we weren’t interested , he continued pressing. After repeating that we didn’t need any of the extras he became almost silent- Only speaking to me when explaining where to initial and sign on the purchasing docs… Even when I tried to make small talk he was very short and made no eye contact. He absolutely made the remainder of our time with him extremely unpleasant, awkward and uncomfortable. Not the way I want to be treated when I’m making a huge purchase.
I think he could benefit from further training on the importance of good mannerisms and how to remain polite and courteous when he doesn’t accomplish the outcome he desires.
I have purchased from Mercedes Benz in Austin and well as numerous Lexus dealerships, and have never been treated this way when finalizing my financing details. A definite turn off.
Aside from that - the facility is beautiful and we drove away with a car we love, and at a very fair price.”

“Alexis was hands down the best sales person I’ve ever came across . We went to gillman Honda in San Benito and nobody made an effort to get us to our desired monthly payment all they kept saying was just put more money down but still with a high payment. So we went to Toyota and Alexis came out and helped us choose a car, we went in at 8pm and walked out at 9pm with car that we wanted with payment that we wanted with zero hassle.
