We came because at a different autozone they helped my partner install the part on the spot. We needed a simple light replacement and figured it would be easy. First the guy wouldnt listen to my partner when they tried telling him which car it was and they kept repeating themselves because the guy at the counter kept thinking it was a different car and tried to tell them we had to get it through the dealership. When he finally realized which car is ours and sold the little light bulb, my partner tried to ask him to install it for us because autozone has helped us before. The guy said we would have to take the whole front part off in order to replace it (which isnt true). My partner gave up and said we'd figure it out and just left. We hadn't replaced this part on our own before but luckily it was simple and I figured it out in 5 minutes, but really annoying that I had to bend over the front of our car in my short dress to change this little light bulb because it was apparently too complicated for this guy to help us. We come to autozone because they help us with that kind of stuff, but if we're just going to end up doing it ourselves we might as well just get it cheaper from Walmart (found it online from Walmart for almost $10 cheaper and MUCH cheaper for a pair than they had it there). Just disappointing when we've had good experiences elsewhere

Horrible. I called for a part to see if in stock. A female answered said yes with pricing. I come to store and another women assists me. Says she can't find it and says they gave me a quote for a different vehicle. Other women who spoke with me that looks like a dude. Disregards me completely. Women should not work here.

I would give a 0 but the lady there was not helpful she wouldn't help us check the battery due to it raining when it's not raining just cold and said to come back the next day knowing out battery was messing up and she would just look at us outside while trying to get it done. Had to drive to other autozone to get help and they where helpful on Tyler St
