“Yes, this bank closes on holidays, (like all banks) and yes, the lobby was by appointment only during covid but you could always use the drive through. The branch is now fully open. As for customer service, as others have complained, they are very straight forward and honest with you. So relax, calm down and maybe being irate isn't they best way to treat others.”

I asked the receptionist at the door if I could talk to the insurance specialist, Rebecca Castillo, even though I did not have an appointment. Mrs. Castillo was very friendly, and she could provide me with different quotes for car insurance. She went above and beyond with excellent customer service.
