“Went into this branch even though I’m from Edcouch and let me say I was very surprised. I was signed in and assisted in less than 30min. Veronica Rosalez was great. She made what was a rough day much brighter. She was not only able to assist me with some fraud charges but she was very informative as well! Just the way she carried her self and spoke to us was very professional and empathetic. Definitely will make this branch my go to branch!”

“Yes, this bank closes on holidays, (like all banks) and yes, the lobby was by appointment only during covid but you could always use the drive through. The branch is now fully open. As for customer service, as others have complained, they are very straight forward and honest with you. So relax, calm down and maybe being irate isn't they best way to treat others.”
