Poor customer service,they never answer the phone. When I asked why they don’t answer the phone the response I got was a shoulder shrug

Worst bank ever!!!! It takes over an hour to get help! The drive thru windows take longer! Absolutely ridiculous! Never again! I don't understand why if there's plenty of workers inside

They have a commercial lane outside you figure only for commercial accounts and tellers take a long time. Ever day same thing here at this bank.
