I have had the absolute pleasure being helped by your employee kat. She is remarkable in the sales field and offered me so much assistance. I was lost at first since there’s so much to offer in the store but she helped me figure everything out. I hope her pay is what she truly deserves.

Picked up an online order and the sales lady that helped me, helped to pick some other items that I myself did not have time to look for. Fast and helpful and suggested the perfect scented wildflowers. I wish I could of paid attention to her name but all i have is her cashier's # 1140458.Awesome service!!

Location is quiet since it’s inside a mall that’s dying out. But customer service is not as friendly as the one across the street and the selection is smaller.

Always very clean, and the staff working are always bubbly and friendly when you come in. I always get asked if I need help finding something, which is refreshing these days. When lines build up at register they are quick to hop on and clear the traffic. Only BBW I come to. :)

Beautiful experience Javier was a great with customer service and Bella serviced is well when time to pay. Yon was great at explaining new fragrances and helping out my daughter with scents. All in all great experience when we come in. ??
