Bad experience they take forever to resolve issues with bank accounts . I would not recommend banking with them I been a customer for years with BBVA compass and never had issue till then it became PNC and now having issues with the online banking one day my whole money was missing and was told to wait 10 business days and then another 5 to 7 businesses day for my money it’s ridiculous . Then I called back before those days to ask if I was gonna get charge for the over draft fee and lady answer so rude fill with attitude . Bad customer service and slow at resolving issues definitely not recommend banking with PNC.

Ordered a secure card 11/29 supposed to come in December 15th. January 11th I'ma paying for it and it still hasn't made it to my house. They say it's going to make it to my house in another 2 weeks. So I'm going to be charge for it still even though I haven't received my card. And they said there is nothing they can do about it. Very unethical and poor way of doing business.I would of never bank or applied for a secure card if I would of know this.

This location changes its name way too many times. Now that it's PNC, I had to abandon my checking account because I couldn't log into it anymore. My username was tied to a business account that I managed. The bank had way too many errors when migrating all the BBVA accounts over to PNC. I visited the bank 3 times to try and regain online access. 1st visit 2hrs of service, 2nd visit 30 minutes of service, and 3rd visit 45 minutes of service. None of which could help me gain online access, so I abandoned the my account and left $17 in it. PNC charged me $8 the last few months before sending me this letter. Don't waste your time with PNC, I've never dealt with an bank as d*** as PNC.

When you need to go inside, Seems like they are always busy and you wait and wait to get helped! Otherwise, I like the bank and the accounts I have.

This is a terrible bank with long lines and poor customer service. Their transition from BBVA to PNC was the worst transition ever and none of our accounts are working accurately and we weren’t even sent our new account information

Have been banking with them for 10 years and now they wont send me an updated debit card because my state id expired!!!!! They dont have any problems receiving my money, they just wont let me make my payments because my card is expired. I will bank with someone else tomorrow.

Been banking here for nearly 5 years. Worried about their level of service now. I deposited a small check into the drive through automated machine in November. It deposited into my account but apparently the check got lost. They sent via mail a picture of it and informed me they reversed the amount. Telling me Something about the check was lost. Today. Two months later they still don’t know where it is. Told me they can’t help me. They don’t mange the machines on their premise ?. What the what? I told them now I feel like I can’t use their bank as I deposit much larger amounts bi weekly and can’t imagine having to deal with this again. Remember. They sent me a picture of said check that I deposited. And threw their hands up at “they don’t manage the machines on their property. Buyer beware. They may loose your hard earned money as well and throw their hands up and tell ya ??♀️??♀️??♀️

My jobs checks are from this bank and my bank was having problems cashing it to go to the bank where the check is made out from and I did and they were trying to charge me a extra $10 just to cash it when I was told last time it wouldn’t be a issue since the check is originally from there. I called and tried to speak to a supervisor but line just constantly hangs up on you so I went in person and there was only two working employees with about 7-8 people in line. Very unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend this bank.

i usually always have great experiences when using the drive thru but today one of the tellers was really rude. but other than that the other tellers are really nice.

I just got an account, took almost a week to get debit card and then it was declined after I activated it. I called and they tried telling me reason that were lies. I don't trust this incompantent bank and will be pulling all my money out tomorrow.
