They never answer to speak with someone. Deposits take longer to post to acct and money transfers as well compared to when BBVA bank still existed…very frustrating. When they changed from BBVA to PNC, made my life hell. Planning on switching to another bank ASAP

Been with Bba compass since it was Laredo national now that it switched over to pnc service really sucks no one was in a good mood to help out they could care less if you close your account I bit just look and see how many closed three account I have 3 business accounts and I’m looking to move to another bank

I recently had an incident where I needed to pay my rent but a few days before, my card was blocked due to a fraud attempt. So BBVA issued replacement card but it was gonna take a while to get here. So I go to the branch and since the virus pandemic has changed procedures, I had to go through drive through. Well I send my ID and account information through the machine but the telller and manager end up telling me I can’t take out money because my ID is expired. That’s the only form of government ID I had and it’s not like the DMV is open right now during the virus, so I can’t just go renew it or get a new one. The branch said there was nothing they could do for me which is a lie because a few days before I had went to a different branch and they were able to still help me get funds. I offered to answer any security questions and even offered to give them a photo ID from my place of employment but still nothing. I feel this branch didn’t value me as a customer enough to do everything they possibly could to help me pay my financial costs. I’ve got kids that need diapers and rent that needs to be paid. This was not cool. There was no sympathy or understanding for the circumstances. Bad customer service

The tellers in the drive through are super nice and courteous. Very professional. The rest of the workers,including the banker have never made an effort to introduce themselves.The tellers get the five stars.
