The BEST vehicle purchase experience ever in Cameron County!!! The entire experience was very impressive in how the sales associate JP3 and the finance representative Nacho had an unwavering work ethic with expeditious speed while going above and beyond their call of duty to create a win-win situation for all sides. Highly recommend and will purchase again with them!

Eduardo was awesome. He made the experience for us very comfortable and relaxed. We liked hanging out with him when testing out the cars. We went in on two separate days and he helped us on both occasions. Good man.

I am satisfied with my Tucson purchase! Tommy was courteous and helped me get a good deal. Michael assisted me with Financing and made the normally painful process go smoothly. Time is valuable and these two gentlemen went out their way to make sure I wasn't wasting my time. Would highly recommend!

Disappointed that they didn’t have better knowledge of what cars were on what trucks in transit coming in and when those trucks were scheduled to arrive. I don’t know how much that is their problem and how much that is Hyundai’s. In the end I got a good deal here, but the negotiation process and finding the right car was slightly frustrating. I don’t assume it was better anyplace else.

I’ll tell you just how good this dealership is… I wasn’t going to buy a car but ended up leaving with a new car! Our sales rep, Eduardo, was so personable and really listened to our requests. Plus, our interactions with all of the other employees was really great. I would say that this is our best dealership experience ever.

They like to blame the customer for any issues that come up with their brand new vehicles. To add insult to injury they charge you $180 once they determine your brand new vehicle isn’t covered under warranty just for checking. They also left me with 1 mile of gas left in the tank when I picked up my vehicle after repairs. No help from anyone. No customer loyalty. They ate just looking to rip you off. Watch out. They love to blame rodents and debris for all issues so that they can charge you.

This was my first car purchase and I have been told that no matter what it is always difficult. However, here they treat you with the respect and gratitude that a customer deserves. They are knowledgeable and courteous towards their customers and I am very happy with them and the vehicle that I am now driving.

Friendly staff. The salesman I had was very nice and helpful. The warranty and service plan on their vehicles is great. That being said I was there for maintenance today and the service department is the slowest I've ever seen. 3 hours to do an oil change that takes 15 minutes to do. Made an appointment so there wouldn't be a wait and it was still insanely slow. After 3 hours you'd think at least it was done right but nope they didn't reset the computer so it still shows it needs service and i had to Google how to reset it myself. I almost purchased a new SUV there today for myself while waiting for my wife's SUV to get done but because of the poor service department I'll go to McAllen and buy what I want from there. 1 star for the service department 5 stars for the salesperson.Updated: decided to give them another chance and go back to buy another vehicle from them. My family has bought 6 vehicles in the last four years from them so I figured they'd give me the best deal. I took my trade to get appraised while test driving the vehicle I planned to buy I came back expecting to do the paperwork and leave with a new car but I was met with an offer 7,000 dollars under the KBB and nada trade value! What an insult absolutely zero loyalty to return customers. Will never be back

Came in for an oil change on my Santa Fe and walked out with a Sonata. The service that was provided was fantastic. If you are looking for a new vehicle this is the place to go ask for JP:Jaime Puga III. I told him what I wanted in the new vehicle and he went out and brought the style of vehicle I was looking for, did the test drive and went home with the car. This is my third purchase at this dealer and I will keep coming back. Overall the service, sale, and finance departments are always ready to help the customer.

I really wasn't going to write a review because that's how bad the experience was that I did not even want to waste my time doing it. But since they texted my phone number saying for me to write at review, well here it is. 2 fridays ago , at 4PM I went in to ask and look for a specific vehicle I had seen on the online website catalog. I spoke to them and they said it wasn't available because it needed to pass inspection. (Which that itself is already false advertising of a product that is not ready) The old man named Pina was the person that "helped" me. I took my truck for a trade in and they told me it didn't pass because I had just gotten it too recent, which is fine, I understood. But this old man never gave me my truck's keys after we weren't gonna do the trade in. I told him to hand me my keys back because the car I was interested in was not available. He did NOT give me my keys back and said to wait because he was gonna show me around more cars. In the end none of them caught my attention and I said 'No thank you'. He left me inside once again and came up with a 2023 Forte, he offered me a price and I once again I said no and to hand me my keys because I needed to leave. He ignored my request and said he was gonna work on lowering the price, I again said no and he even got 'insulted' because of that , raising his voice. Afterall one of the managers offered me a Ok price and we semi made a deal, although I was not convinced. In the end Pina took me to finances and left me there and did not even tell me who I was going to talk to or when. I walked to the other building and told the front desk that I needed my keys back because I had to leave and they said " Pina has them'.. are you fcken serious? The only reason why I didn't call the police was because I didn't want to make a big scene. But what that old man did to me was PROPERTY THEFT, and all because he wanted to make a sell. I walked back to finances and was basically pressured to make the deal. From guy signing the final paperwork, I told him I preferred to go back home to talk it out with my father in private and his response "call him right now, I'll explain it to him'. These people need to understand that a 'NO' is a No' ffs. Finally Pina hands me both keys to both cars and mind you its basically midnight and I have to look for someone to help me drive one of the cars back. Now I'm stuck with a car I did not want.

GO TO GRACIE GRACIA. Ashton Benson you must have meant to post this for another dealership, Gracie Garcia was nothing but respectful and went above and beyond just to get me into the best deal for my price range. I will always go to her for any vehicle purchases I need. Love my new car, and the payment i got!

Just purchased our first new vehicle from an actual dealership. I didn’t think we were going to leave with anything, especially since we have had bad experiences at competitor dealerships, but Guillermo and Michael made the process so easy and allowed us to have an amazing experience. We were able to leave with a brand new car within the same day! Guillermo was amazing at showing us different vehicles, explaining their perks and helped us find the perfect one for our move to a big city. Michael was able to explain every detail for finalizing the purchase so we can fully understand the contract, warranties and perks of purchasing with Bert Ogden. We really appreciated them both and hope they continue to work there so we can buy another vehicle with their help this upcoming year. I will definitely recommend people to go to this location and ask for them both!
