Alexis was hands down the best sales person I’ve ever came across . We went to gillman Honda in San Benito and nobody made an effort to get us to our desired monthly payment all they kept saying was just put more money down but still with a high payment. So we went to Toyota and Alexis came out and helped us choose a car, we went in at 8pm and walked out at 9pm with car that we wanted with payment that we wanted with zero hassle. Alexis for sure didn’t waste no time he got us in and out satisfying us with a car/payment we love.

Well I went for some specific oil for my car, some staff were kinda moody. We shouldn't be mixing work with personal life in case they had personal problems.

I recently purchased a 2025 4 Runner TRD Pro Premium from Bert Ogden Toyota in Harlingen Texas. The transaction was very smooth and I am very happy with my new Vehicle. The salesman was Frank Gutierrez who helped me with, and answered all my questions about the technicalities of the Premium Trim level. I have called him and returned to the dealer for additional technical help several times and he was there for me every time with the answers I needed. If you need help ask for him. The dealer and I had an agreement on the phone for a used car. They knew that I'm coming from very far away (Mission). They told me to come tonight. I had my insurance and financing ready to go
When we arrived, I was informed that they sold the car earlier.
They tried to sell me a new car with only a 500 dollar discount.
In my opinion, this is very scummy business practice. I dont mind that they sold the car. I should've been informed.
Reading other people's reviews, it seems to happen a lot here. At best, this is very unprofessional, at worst, this is dishonest business .
Just be careful when dealing with them.

My wife and I worked with Ryan Lopez, who got us an amazing deal on a 2025 Toyota Camry XSE. Before working with Ryan, we had shopped around other dealerships in the valley searching for the best price at various trim-levels. None came anywhere close to what Ryan offered, especially when considering all of the bonus features included beyond what is standard for the trim level of the vehicle. Beyond Ryan, the sales manager Albert and all other staff were phenomenal, and I’d like to give special recognition to JD in finance who also went above and beyond to provide guidance for the best insurance policies to add the the purchase as well as for the additional discounts he was so kind to provide

This is the first and last time I've left my car for a service. My appointment was 8:30 a.m., and the person who helped me said my car would be ready at 4 p.m. When I arrived, they hadn't looked at my car yet. They asked me to come back at 5:30 p.m., and when I arrived, they returned the car to me just as I left it. They didn't solve my problem; I wasted a day for nothing. I think people don't know what they're doing here.

I Paid them to fix my ac still didn't get fixed they told me to take it back said it was a different problem but didn't tell me I was going to have to pay to get another diagnosis to get my truck back I would not recommend anyone to go here.
