Top-Notch Service for Our New 2025 Ford Explorer
We are thrilled with our new 2025 Ford Explorer, which we purchased from Sames Ford Harlingen. Even though we drove an hour and a half, the experience was fantastic and made the trip worthwhile.
Said, our Sales Representative, deserves special recognition. He was exceptionally professional and had an impressive depth of knowledge about the Explorer, which was a tremendous help. He ensured all our questions were answered and our needs were met.
We would also like to offer a huge thank you to General Manager Helen Collier for her valuable assistance during the purchasing process. Sames Ford Harlingen is truly a highly recommended dealership.

Thank you Harlingen Ford for providing me the new upgrade this mom needed! Jeanno and Stephanie made purchasing a car very smooth and not prolonging.
The attentive to the customer needs was superior and I liked the Jeanno provided me options and wrote down my requirement's from the cost, model, interior and any other requests I had when searching for the right vehicle.
Stephanie also provided the price point I was aiming for and couldn't be more fitting.
BEST PART was not spending hours at the dealership and Jeanno came to deliver the vehicle to my home and as well as take my trade-in for evaluation.
That right there is why SAMES has the BEST customer service.

I have been a Ford guy for over 45 years. I just moved to TX and was very impressed with Eloy Longoria (Service Department) and Sonia Zunica (Finance Department). Friendly - knowledgeable - professional staff, very modern dealership, large clean service bays and the mechanics looked like the people I would want working on my vehicle . I will have 2 Fords and will definitely be getting all my service work done by them in the future and buying my next Ford there - great job! Thank You!

Life saver is the best words to describe that day. The Maverick never failed since we've had it 2 years. Never. Sames called to setup a recall update. I questioned it because I didn't get notified by Ford. So we set up an appointment. Sames Ford came over ( thank God he called before 'cuz I completely forgot). Met him at home on time. Went to take it out of the garage. THEN the Mav wouldn't start! Never happened. He did the update and checked meanwhile on the no start problem. After consulting his dispatcher, he recommended I take it over to Sames for a complete check up. Turns out it was the battery. They put a new one. No cost to me per the warranty. A real life saver and best professional care. Did not expect such care for us, me and my Mav.
