My husband and I had been having a rough week we had previously gone to a different Avis location the customer service there can’t compare to Maggie’s. I don’t know if it’s the same owners but the customer service at this location was superb. To compare at the previous location we were not greeted kindly, the attendant seemed bothered by my questions and was unaware of vehicle availability he seemed flustered to even give us a quote. I called prior to Harlingen location asked a lot of questions and due to the bad weather Maggie was able to reserve what I needed and once I arrived I asked a ton of questions and she patiently quoted me for my needs and budget. I am so thankful as she made our night and helped meet our customer needs. Maggie if you read this you made our night after a series of unfortunate events and our jobs being on the line. “I had an amazing experience with the entire team at this location. I would like to send a huge thank you and shout out to Sebastian Flores the branch manager. He made my entire experience seamless. I had a very short timeframe to swap out cars and he assigned one team member to do intake and another team member to do checkout and I was literally in and out of there in about 10 minutes, smiling from ear to ear with a beautiful Jeep Cherokee. I made it to my meeting that was so urgent and had taken a very critical thing off my task list thanks to the awesome team at this location and their superior management.”

“We flew in on Sunday and I had a rental arranged with one of the companies. I spent so much time trying to figure out where my rental was coming from with no success. I usually book with budget anyways so we decided to head their way anyways. I get there and im beyond frustrated due to the fact I know I booked a rental with one of the companies on site at the airport. The manager sees my frustration and sees I have my 2 children with me who are beyond exhausted from flying all morning. What does he do? He gives me the cheapest deal I've ever had with a rental right there on the spot. I wanted to cry for how much he just took the stress off my shoulders.
