“It was an excellent experience renting from enterprise. The vehicle was clean. Everybody was very helpful. I really appreciate them. I'm gonna rent from them next time again. No”
“Each employee I dealt with treated me with kindness and respect and we all added humor. Times are ish-y understandably based on incoming customers but within acceptable time frames. All in all a great experience”
“Great National location. Got to the National desk 10 hours before I was scheduled due to making a standby flight and a hectic travel day. Updating my National reservation slipped my mind but when I arrived, they made a car ready and available!”
“Our flight got delayed by 1 hour then by almost 4 hours! Ashley M. Was so helpful and patient in getting our flights changed and our seat arrangements figured out! 10/10 service in a very stressful situation! Thank you Ashley :)”
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!! WE FLY IN FROM MICHIGAN AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME !! VICKY AND JASMINE DO A FANTASTIC JOB AT THE COUNTER AND GET YOU TAKEN CARE OF AND ON YOUR WAY IN NO TIME....GREAT WORK LADIES !!”
“I had an amazing experience with the entire team at this location. I would like to send a huge thank you and shout out to Sebastian Flores the branch manager. He made my entire experience seamless. I had a very short timeframe to swap out cars and he assigned one team member to do intake and another team member to do checkout and I was literally in and out of there in about 10 minutes, smiling from ear to ear with a beautiful Jeep Cherokee. I made it to my meeting that was so urgent and had taken a very critical thing off my task list thanks to the awesome team at this location and their superior management.”
“Jason and Michelle at this Budget location are off-the-charts great! About a month ago, I my flight leaving the Harlingen Airport was cancelled and I couldn’t get onto another flight until 6:30 am that next day. I needed a rental car and tried a few of the on-site companies, but I quickly found they were worthless- One took my reservation, then told me they didn’t wouldn’t have a car for a few hours (then why take my reservation!?); and another had a limited selection and all they could rent was an expensive SUV (even though my reservation was for an intermediate car!). Simply put, I was beyond frustrated. Then I called Budget (3210 East Grimes Street, Harlingen) and spoke to Jason. Unlike the others, he had a multiple options of cars I was looking for, told me exactly where he would pick me up, and would be there in only 5-10 minutes! He was very friendly and easy to speak with, and after the quick drive to their location, he and Michelle worked quickly to get me all setup in their rental. Further, my flight that next day left very early in the morning, and he said he would get there early (5 am!) so the shuttle would be available to take myself and others to the airport! This was a huge relief as I’d have no other way to get to the airport after dropping off my car. This was very generous of him. Jason and Michelle at Budget rental did a great job of making a difficult flight delay for my much easier through their fast response, excellent work quality, and welcoming personality. This is exactly what I look for when purchasing a product or service. You can tell that he and Michelle take great pride in their work and try to make sure every customer is treated with respect and fairness. Thanks again, Jason and Michelle!”
“Very easy to rent and return, it took a little time to pick up my car due to the shift change of staffs. Other than that, everyone was friendly, everything was great. Will do it again.”
“Clean, kind of sporty, decent sized car with plenty of pick-up that got fantastic mileage. Pick and drop-off were easy (once we knew what we were doing). Airport staff was helpful (with other counters open when Dollar was not). The price was very good. I highly recommend and will rent with them again.”
