Our sales rep was very pleasant. She wasn’t pushy and listened to our purchasing needs. I would work with Mrs. Genesis again!
The only thing I will elaborate on ; because it’s important to mention, is the 180 the finance manager Mr. Solis took once we denied the extra fluff warranties offered to us closing. Even after I was extremely clear that we weren’t interested , he continued pressing. After repeating that we didn’t need any of the extras he became almost silent- Only speaking to me when explaining where to initial and sign on the purchasing docs… Even when I tried to make small talk he was very short and made no eye contact. He absolutely made the remainder of our time with him extremely unpleasant, awkward and uncomfortable. Not the way I want to be treated when I’m making a huge purchase.
I think he could benefit from further training on the importance of good mannerisms and how to remain polite and courteous when he doesn’t accomplish the outcome he desires.
I have purchased from Mercedes Benz in Austin and well as numerous Lexus dealerships, and have never been treated this way when finalizing my financing details. A definite turn off.
Aside from that - the facility is beautiful and we drove away with a car we love, and at a very fair price.

luck was truly on my side the day i bought my 2026 GLC 300, i had the best saleswoman ever.
