This past Tuesday my wife and I had the worst movie experience. The two women to our left would not STFU and the guy to the right was just as bad. The people behind us were extremely annoying as well. On a previous visit I had to tell the guy seated in front of me to put his phone away because it was extremely annoying and distracting. He was trying to record the movie. This time I only lasted 15 minutes and asked for a refund. I’d rather drive to Pharr or Edinburg than visit this theater again. I know it’s not the staffs fault but I remember that they used to be workers randomly walking into the theater to check on people trying to record or being disruptive.

Never had I ever have to put this out there until one the employees were being called out really ugly and disgusting infront of EVERYONE while she was helping someone out. At this workplace all I hear is a bunch of favoritism and make it hell for those they don’t like. Cinemark just needs new management. Mostly kids start there job here but just wouldn’t recommend it anymore.

Haven't been to the movies in what feels like forever. But now i have gone 3 Fridays in a row. Good experience. Food prices high but hey it's the movies. You want cheap stay at home lol. A++
