Walking into a furniture store not knowing the quality your getting. Thanks to David the manager he took the time to explain the workmanship of my Best recliners. They have a refillable lumbar area and a lifetime warranty on the mechanism. Thank you for going above and beyond on your customer service. I'll be back definitely

I would give a 5 star but what I needed was not in stock. The manager was very friendly and answered my questions. I may update this review if there is good communication on my order. I’m one who expects the company to contact me before I have to contact them. ;)
