If you want your information to be given out to public, then this is your store. A person that I loan one of my lines to went into that store and asked for information on the account and it was given to her. They did not ask for ID and didn’t look at the notes on the account that stated that only the owner which was me could make any changes to the account. So this person took my number that I had for years and turned around and put it under her name.. RIDICULOUS! I called and spoke to the manager and she said well I already spoke to the employee and the only other thing I can do is activate a line and waive the activation. Really??? They give out information on your account and alll they can do is waive the activation fee and give you a free phone! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Makes sense! No wonder the employees don’t follow POLICIES AND GUIDELINES. It all starts with upper management! I don’t blame the employees I blame the managers and supervisor Jessica. Trying to make it all better with a phone that they give away and an activation fee of 25.00. I really don’t know if to be sick in the stomach or laughing. Never going back to those authorized retail dealers.

Not to knowledgeable about cell phones been having so much trouble with my cell phone network and dropped calls emails and Gmail I have been to several cricket stores and nobody knows nothing call customer service that's their answer so they sit there and get paid for absolutely nothing this is just my opinion!!!! ? Maybe I should apply for a job at cricket easy job don't know nothing, and I can't help you call customer service easy peasy

Cricket store on F Street in Harlingen Texas associate Ashlynn gave us outstanding customer service she takes her time with every customer and explained all of our questions in detail I purchased two Samsung phones I always buy the phone cases at the local mall at a kiosk not no more they were less expansive at the Cricket store
