This is probably the absolute worst pharmacy in Harlingen. They took the entire day from when I walked in at 11 Am until they closed and they kept giving me the run around on why my prescription wasn’t ready. I stopped by with them 3 times during the day and it was always a new excuse. The last time I went in at 9pm to check to see if my medications were ready i stood there for 15 minutes listening to one of the employees brag and literally LAUGH about how he didn’t get fired after selling the wrong medications to the wrong person. That is so dangerous and unprofessional. So when I finally spoke up and said excuse me so they can acknowledge the line.. they we’re still standing all the way across their little section asking me for my information and had me shout it OUT LOUD instead of coming up to the damn desk which is like 10 steps to take. It’s not that hard to treat people with respect especially when it comes to their medical needs. NEVER. EVER. GO. HERE. Walgreens is far more respectful and caring. A bunch of young adults that don’t know what the hell they are doing and this is coming from a 23 year old. Not a middle aged white lady named Karen.

My dad recently had surgery and received a prescription for Norco 60 tablets. They only filled a one day supply and when my mom picked it up, they didn't explain to her that it was a one day supply nor did they give her the option to pay out of pocket. When she called they told her the insurance would only pay for 6 tablets and that if she wanted the rest she would need a new prescription. Sounds to me like maybe they needed a prior authorization but whatever the case, they dont seem very competent

What a horrible place!!! I have used CVS pharmacy for years, but after moving to the Valley I am very disappointed. The pharmacy has no idea what customer service means. I needed a prescription filled and the drive thru "girl" refused to help me. When the supervisor came on he could not help me and refused to call the doctor to find out about the medication. I will never use a CVS pharmacy again.

Absolute worst Pharmacy the automated system has you fill medications and they don't fill it you call him and ask him about your medications are ready they say they're working on it they will be ready at a certain time and you get there to pick them up and after waiting in a long line they tell you not all of them already then after all that time they want you to go stand in another line just to find out more excuses of why they didn't just do what here and someone will get you so you stand in another line just to find out that they say they tried to call you to tell you that we're all going to be ready but yet you don't have a missed call or anything and the excuses because one of the medications is too soon to fill but yet their automated system told you it was time to fill it you call him up in person and they said they're feeling it so I mean it's like they can't get their story straight or it is just too many dummies and not enough absolute worst Pharmacy they always having problems never-ending problems

The pharmacy takes too long to fill prescriptions. You would think they would be compassionate and hurry up and get them filled quickly. Sick people should not be made to wait an eternity. Do they even care about the sick when they are busy talking about what they did yesterday or how their day is going?
