Dropped off UPS package pickup Sunday morning Sept 7, 2025 around 7:15 am. The desk clerk was rude, I was told by him that UPS would not pick up my package until Tuesday afternoon Sept 9, 2025. He did not scan the package just threw it into a large box and returned to whatever he was doing. When I checked Sept 8, 2025 the package had still not been scanned, it was an electronics return and had a value of $130. I have dropped off UPS pickup before and it was scanned before I got home. Not happy with this kind of service, did not expect it from CVS.

This location NEEDS a phone number where I can talk to a rep. Leaving a voicemail to wait for a call back is absolutely crazy when I'm trying to ask about my medication being filled. Talking to an AI the whole time is crazy weird and disappointing. You need an actual Working phone. Just odd. 0 stars just for that

Can you please go back to being open 24/7, especially since you're close to the hospital? There are times when emergencies happen, and even if you only get one customer all night, it could really make a difference. Also, it would be great to have at least one person at the register. Besides that, I do like the international hair care products. Also, the building could use some brightening up because it looks too dark gloomy.

Every time I go they are out of stock for the pediatrician I need. I would think they would stock up knowing they are the closest c.vs to the hospital

On their website it says they take UPS packages. Pickup is at 2:48pm. They don't take UPS packages until 5pm. Per the manager. Make it make sense.

This is my second bad experience with this pharmacy! I will not be using them ever again! The wait is always over 2 hours long and after waiting for 2 hours they always end up telling me the medication is not in stock!

Worst experience. Tried setting up for prescriptions delivery and it sends you for a loop back and forth but never lets you opt for delivery. Then you call the store and the automated voice is also the worst. My mom is elderly and she needs help and they cant help her at the store. She doesn't have a smart phone and that's the only way they can help her SMH. I'm trying to convince her to change pharmacies.
