Tired of running a sale with coupons for products that you don't honor or carry in store. You say up to 37 ounces on coffee I get 28.4 but the other coupon states 30 ouncnes but you don't carry that in stores.. watch to money people's. They are still committing the same scams over and over

The workers were very rude. They were talking about putting their hands on me and my family for walking around. I was very disrespected and got told I didn’t have a right to walk around. I was shopping and they took offense to me shopping.

Just after my wife's doctor's appointment, we stopped by to pick up coffee creamer, and was immediately told, " You can't come in!". Upon asking several times (and being ignored), the young lady goes to the office, and tells me that I fit the profile of someone whose stealing. I have NEVER been so insulted, being called a thief! Being denied entry to a business because I was"tall with glasses", and I demanded to speak with her manager. She said she wasn't there, and didn't know when she'd be back. Very convenient.

Wouldn't exchange a $10 FM radio without the receipt even though we were in the store 5 minutes before! Do not come here! They made us dig through their trash to find the receipt ridiculous!

Very bad communication with the cashiers they talk about the customers as soon as they leave out the door that is very bad on their part people are going to stop by buying stuff and groceries from there you need to hire professional people

The sign on the door says open every day 8am to 10pm. It was 930 on a Sunday and was still closed.

Had a coupon through my dollar general app and they wouldn’t honor it. The item I got was $3 off but they said they couldn’t change the price even though it was on sale. You shouldn’t give out coupons for something if you aren’t going to honor it. That’s bad business and poor customer service. I told him to take the item off and he rang it up anyway. Didn’t even get a manager to take it off. Just said “sorry”. That’s unacceptable and I tried to call the store and no one answered the phone. Needless to say I won’t be back to this location.
