I am a regular customer and had a gift card that never worked at any of the stores in Harlingen. Every time I went cashiers would apologize but were not able to help me. Today YVONNE put in the card manually and fixed the problem in a quick and professional way. She saved the day and saved me from throwing away my card. She’s very smart and professional. It was horrible there card system was down, and they embarrassed a few of us in line and making it look like it is our cards not there system by holding up the rest of the people...finally worked no apology. This happens alot there...probably never going back.
