If you look at the names and the pictures on all reviews, they all white. Which lead me to believe why Doug a white mechanic never wanted to work on my car. I brought him my car to fix an oil leak, he said it was too low to the ground he doesn’t have a lift. I went got a suspension lift on the car, came back to him, he said straight up I’m busy 😆. Then I asked when can I bring it for you to work on it. ? He mid June which is almost two months . I said well, if I bring it In June will you be working on it?. He said no, if I can do it I’ll give you another date to bring it back…..I said oh ok I get it , thank you sir and left he said yup! 😂 . I’m not gonna say what I think of him. Just don’t go there if you’re not white.

Our 2016 F-250 started making a noise from the front suspension, so I thought. I took it to a Ford dealer, got an estimate to replace the body mounts, that’s what was making the noise, for $2,800. We are Winter Texans, so I spoke with my friends in Texas, they all recommended Doug’s Automotive. I talked with Steve at Doug’s Automotive, he was very knowledgeable and great talking to me. He gave me an estimate, $1,000, I made an appointment, he fixed my body mounts on time and at the quoted price. Great place to get your vehicle fixed.

One of the rudest people I ever met. I drove up today asking him to look at my car and I told him an Uber driver referred me and I told him my car was making a ticking noise when I pushed on the accelerator and it's makes that noise on and off and he said he cant look at it with it not making that noise and laughed and me to think he treats young woman like this so no horrible customer service.

This is the second time it has happened. I left my car to get fixed, and they literally broke something else. It's also not the first time. I wanted to say something, but how do you tell your mechanic that he literally broke something.

Very honest and fair service. When a dealer told me I needed brakes, I went to Doug's Automotive because he has much better prices. He showed me that I didn't need brake pads yet, and I drove another year before having them replaced. He's worked on three of my vehicles and I've been satisfied every time.

Price for repairs was very reasonable. Took my car on day of scheduled service and picked it up afternoon. I will be returning for any other issues.

We found ourselves in trouble after driving down from Canada and Steve and his crew helped us out so much. I find these guys so honest, affordable and attentive. Cannot recommend these mechanics enough. We had serious problems and they got us back on the road in record time And then went above and beyond with replacing things at no extra charge for labour so that we have no more surprises on the road
