This pawn store sucks and so does the help. I pawned a laptop and when I paid it off my loan. Got back home and something didn’t seem right. Someone at that location switched my original charger and gave me a crappy one that didn’t work. Why complain management covers their ass. I give them one star and the middle finger.

Went to pawn my necklace. It's a .13 ct. t.w. diamond X Lariat necklace in sterling silver with 18 kt yellow gold and the clown behind the counter was going to give me $10 for it. Like really dude? That was a waste of my time. Never going there again!

I didn't want this night to end without contributing to a part of what made it happen. Customer service was great. Sarah took my call over the phone to ensure me that they could work with me and help me unload an item that we where pawning. Followed by good conversation with John, that led me to compare prices and provide a genuine experience in purchasing a guitar. Plus informed me of some good music he had personally written and recorded. Daniel and Omar had helped and all together for it being Easter Weekend really made this experience even better. Being that they where about to close everybody had good attitudes. I wish a great experience for anybody who walks in. Thank you EZ Pawn and God for a good team. ??

This may be the worse experience yet . Never do a gun purchase here unless you want to wait two weeks for a response, will never do business here again.
The manager Daniel is the only hope for this store .

First time being here and will be my last! Very bad customer service! You walk in and they don’t acknowledge you they just turn around and you’re just having to stand in the door asking if you can be helped. They’re just with mad faces and make you feel so unwelcome.
