Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Went to drop off a package to return internet equipment, was told I needed to drive to the Brownsville office that they do not accept the returns at that location. Before choosing that location I specifically asked my internet provider if they would accept my return and they said yes, so I’m not sure why the service desk was denying me. As I was walking out with a 5 month old and two year old in tow, my equipment falls out of the box the man working the service desk looks at me and walks to the back without offering any help. No human decency.

FedEx driver attempted to deliver to my address, and the photo provided was nowhere near my neighborhood. FedEx hasn’t even come through my street. All my shipping info is correct on tracking so I guess the driver lied about attempting to deliver. Customer support was even worse. So much for Expidited Delivery

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER after spending over $100 for next day delivery. The driver could not find a transmission shop, in San Benito, TX when the shop was 2 streets to drive on to get to the shop. I had to go to the FedEx store, MYSELF, to get the transmission part for my vehicle DIRECTLY!!! NEVER have I had such POOR SERVICE from this FedEx location!!!!

Had to drive 30 minutes to pick up letter. Drivedid not leave in mail box at road. Because a dog was loose by the front door.
