Went for a routine oil change and tire rotation with no issues. I liked how I was acknowledged walking in and the facility looked very clean. I usually go to different Firestone but this one was just as good.

Juan really helped us out when we were in a bind! We were in the middle of a road trip when we discovered we had a flat tire. We called ahead and he was completely fine with us coming in for a new tire (despite the fact that they were about to close in 30 minutes). Due to being short staffed at the time, he could only manage to change the tire for our spare but he did so without accepting any money from us. Thanks to Juan, we were able to make it home in one piece.

The gentlemans at stores were very helpful and were able to show me in person the issue of my vehicle. They did provide me a list of future maintenance suggestions of what needs to be replaced soon.This place does get busy, so If you dont want to wait there at the store I would highly recommend dropping the vehicle off and someone picking you up or have 2nd vehicle until your vehicle is ready. Other than that you can definitely trust these people with your vehicle.

Very unorganized facility, I had to take my vehicle back twice to get its repaired correctly, and a manager had an attitude when dropping it off the second day. It’s a shame, a big company, corporation, run such a poor business, here in the community. No one should have to bring a vehicle back twice to get it repaired correctly, nor deal with a negative attitude stating that they’re not quite sure that they can repair it. I filed a corporate complaint today and I’m assuming nothing will still get done correctly.

Have dropped off my ‘97 BMW 528i twice for an alignment service with Romeo and Juan, and have been extremely impressed and satisfied with the service they deliver. Dropping off the vehicle is fast, smooth, and always friendly. Customer service is top notch, with an email from Romeo and/or Juan with a copy of the work order, notifications that the vehicle is being worked on, recommendations for service, notification when the vehicle is finished, and to top it off, availability from them both to answer any questions I may have via phone call. Actual work/service performed by the service technician Ofelio and the crew is ALWAYS ON POINT. Both times I have received perfect alignments, and THOROUGH recommendations from their multi-point inspections for parts that should be replaced, services to be completed. Most shops won’t let me finish the name of my car when they ask what it is to be done because of the stigma of foreign cars being hard to work on, let alone take it in and work on it, but the technician Ofelio and the tech crew don’t shy away from it one bit. Firestone has earned my business, and the crew has earned my upmost respect. 5 stars, always!!!

I called the other day to set up an appointment for my mom’s vehicle to get two tires installed and I was so impressed with the amazing job that the technician David Anderson did for us. I highly recommend asking for him to the job for you.

Beware of the horrible secretary!!!
Soooo I called to ask for information about cost of service for estimate and before I could finish my question the lady who answered said - out of all the time you called “you called during lunch” and i’m hungry. It was literally 1 pm and she hung up on me. I called back because i wanted to speak to owner cause surely he doesn’t know how awful of a receptionist he has. I then dialed the number and this time by Gods grace someone in la Feria answered- I thought I had dialed the Harlingen location . Well i’m so glad I called back cause that lady alone would have made me not ever deal with them but since i thought I was calling the same number to tell the owner he is loosing money-
I thankfully called la Feria where the customer service was amazing!
I’m taking my car there because there is no way I would use the Harlingen location. If the secretary can treat customers like trash on phone imagine if they had my car!! Beware!!!
