The tellers are very kind at drive thru window at this location. However the customer service line was very rude and not helpful at all. Zero customer care. Their online app is very much a beginner app. There almost nothing you can do on it, definitely needs maintenance work. ATM machine doesn’t allow you to deposit cash, and as well is limited to only certain banking options. Their website lacks a lot of its functions. Glad we are closing our account after hearing from previous customers and even current ones going through issues.

Website needs serious maintenance. I can't even log in to my mothers account to help her check her finances. Prompts you to a screen to send you a code it takes forever to receive a code. You are not even allow to input your email and reset your password using your email. I wish that they could fix the website. Chase and IBC are ahead of the game. Their websites are easy to maneuver easy to access.

Very Professional and Friendly. I use all their branches and the Drive-Thru service is so much quicker than that of other banks.
