“I had a disappointing customer service experience at hobby lobby. I waited in line, and as I was placing my items on the counter, the cashier suddenly put up a ‘closed’ sign. When I asked if she would still check me out, she just responded, ‘I don’t know because I clocked out!’ I understand needing to finish a shift, but it would’ve been courteous to let me know she was the last client. Instead, I was left feeling frustrated and as though my time was wasted. A little communication could go a long way in improving customer service here.”
