All is very good BUT the short lady like Asian type eyes receptionist seems to be smelling something awful all the time, she is not at all friendly AT ALL, you say hello to her and she doesn’t even acknowledges you. Makes the guess feel you unwelcome.

Everything was great about our stay. Only downfall was no one could help us get my husband's points to transfer to his account. He always stays at one in Houston and should have quite a few points.
