You cannot find any information about the actual interest rates they pay for a CD online. I do not have time to start calling Banks to find out what their interest rates are. Someone who works for this bank needs to look at other banks and credit unions web sites to see how much IBC is lacking.

Super slow service at the drive thru, like they only have one teller for all the lanes and their ATM deposit feature is always out of service...

IBC is the place to go! Quick and easy transactions. Friendly customer service. I love that wait times in store and drive through are not extensive!I just had a baby not to long ago, I know how hard pregnancy and work can be. I was very impressed with the way Monica Muniz handled herself throughout her term. Very polite, allowed me to pick the best options that were in my best interests, guided me through transactions all while having an open mind and smile on her face.Great service overall, IBC.

Horrible drive threw service. The commercial lane takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 2hrs. Doesn't matter if it's busy or not. I've been the only person there and still takes 45 minutes. Tellers just do alot of walking back an forth.
